I will never return to any establishment in East Orange after yet another terrible experience. Although the doctor was pleasant, this is her office and her policies, so this review applies to everyone who works there. A few months ago, I paid out of pocket with insurance for an eye exam. During my visit, they pushed glasses on me that were far outside of my budget, especially since I was not working at the time. I realized I forgot to ask for my printed prescription and called they told me I could come in, sign, and pick it up. I left work early to get there, only to find the office closed. I tried again and was told the doctor was out, even though I don't understand why I can't receive my own prescription without her present. This back and forth continued for months, and they are still refusing to provide it.They also scheduled a follow-up appointment for three weeks later and never contacted me again. I made multiple attempts, and they continue to hold my prescription as if it belongs to them. I would never recommend this office to anyone. They will keep your documents, waste your time, and show zero consideration for patients. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Korieocha, who helped me with my eye exams and contact lens fittings, was amazing--so patient, caring, and thorough. I felt really understood and supported throughout my visits, which made dealing with my eye condition so much easier. I left feeling confident, reassured, and really happy with my glasses and contacts. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Dr. Korieocha since 2015. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain test results in a way that is easy to understand. She patiently answers all my questions, ensuring I feel confident in the information provided. Her welcoming demeanor and thorough approach truly makes a difference in my visit. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is both professional and personable, I highly recommend!

I have to give it to doctor K, after years of not seeing me she still knew who I was. That's just to let you know the time she puts in to knowing her clients are. Always welcoming and tell you as it is, always on point and ready to assist you in anyway she can.

She took the time to explain each eye test clearly, making everything easy to understand. What I appreciated most was the honest approach--no gimmicks or pushy sales pitches, just genuine care. They have up to date equipment they don't have you waiting for a long time. And they make sure they can inform you as much as possible about your test results. They also make sure they offer add ons that will suit your lifestyle
