I found Dr. Arturi to be very thorough in his eye examination, explaining everything as he went along. He was friendly and engaged in conversation. The offices/exam rooms were very clean, well-maintained and the staff that I interacted with, were very friendly and professional.

Overall, Arturi Eye Associates is a good place to go to...the doctor is quite nice and understanding, his assistants are pretty nice and helpful. The one thing I would change in that office is the seating area, old chairs are not comfortable (to me). Other than that the waiting time is not too bad depending on the time of day. I would highly recommend this office to anybody.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr Arturi and his staff. Dr Arturi diagnosed my eye infection and gave me an RX for the issue. I especially liked that they fit me into a busy schedule the same day I called.

I used to say he was awesome...he spotted hemorrhaging in my eye and sent me to a retina specialist, who said Dr. Arturi saved my eyesight! However, I had cataract surgery (laser) done by him and all was good for 8 months, then I had terrible dryness and went back to him 3 times in 3 months; he kept saying to use a lubricant eye drop. I felt like he was not taking me seriously enough and went to another ophthalmologist (after over 20 yrs. with Dr. Arturi). He said my rheumatoid arthritis is causing the problem, and my rheumatologist confirmed it. Did Dr. Arturi not know this? Why didn't he look it up on the Internet? My husband and I are now going to the new ophthalmologist.

I requested an eye glass prescription and the doctor didn't provide me with pupil distance( required for ordering an eyes glass) when I called the office they said the doctor doesn't provide it and I need to visit optometrist!!! Well.... why didn't they say that the prescription I had was useless the ? She just laughed....
