America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I recently had my first visit to America's Best in Clifton, NJ and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. While the receptionist was busy with another guest, Michael took the initiative to wave me over so I wouldn't have to wait. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made me feel welcome. My entire interaction with Michael was outstanding. He is incredibly pleasant, professional, and very easy to talk to. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you're heading to this location, Michael is definitely the person to see!

I sat down with Michael from America's best. He really took the time to explain the difference with the lenses and the price point. And was able to find a good fair deal. I felt like he care about making sure that I got something that was good quality. Very convenient as I also just walked in. Recommend

I had an emergency with my glasses. Michael assisted me and treated me and dad well on the spot. We don't go to other America's best glasses we go to the Clifton Kingland location just for his kindness, expertise and professionalism. We will definitely come back for all eye care needs. Today was my second time going to Americas Best for an adjustment & Felicia has helped me both times. She adjusted my glasses & added a screw to tighten the legs up. She is always a pleasure to see with how sweet she is. I will be back soon for an appointment! Thanks to her!

My recent experience at America's Best was a testament to outstanding customer service and value. Big HUGS to MICHAEL and FELICIA for being there when I walked in with both a broken heart and my broken glasses. Michael immediately went above and beyond by providing me with a new pair free of charge and Felicia went out of her way to help me find a second pair from the discount rack . In these UNCERTAIN ECONOMIC times, it's rare to encounter such GENUINE CUSTOMER LOYALTY. This positive experience was so impactful that I will be purchasing the product protection plan and trusting America's Best for my future eyewear needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My experience was great! Especially compared to another shop in that area that I had previously been to where the staff tried to push unnecessary tests on me. Quick billing, low wait time, good collection of glasses.

Bizarre customer service. They had a nice selection of affordable glasses, and I was ready to purchase several pairs. But when I showed them my digital prescription, they told me they couldn't accept it. Instead, they said I needed to come back with a printed copy or get one from my doctor. What struck me as odd was that the employee asked me to come back with a printed copy--even though there was a printer within arm's reach of her. I also noticed printers at every other desk. I'll take the hint and take my business elsewhere.

Bad customer service! I got my glasses done in march and I also got contact lenses. They sent out the wrong lenses twice to my house and had me go back and forth twice to "try" the lenses i had already tried on with the doc. Despite them being in the notes. I get another delivery which i had to drop off because they wouldn't refund my money unless I drop off the wrong pair. Felicia did take care of me after i had 3-4 stops to get the issue fixed. This shouldn't have taken this long to fix. Going back to my eye exam. I wanted no glair. Blue light. No scratch. Thin Frame. And i'm pretty sure only 2 were applied. It's been 9 months, despite of me cleaning my glasses regularly with solution and microfiber cloth they've gotten worse. i get heat and other factors might affect the scratches part but just to show how ridiculous my glasses look i'll add a picture below. I spent almost 400$ on 1 pair of glasses to last me 2 years at least. but they won't replace the the glasses itself because it more than what i spent on the original pair. which is ridiculous. Looking at these disappointing comments I will not be coming back to Americas best. Some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced.
