America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The whole experience of getting new glasses was very comfortable and professional at America's Best in Deptford. Even though my online appointment was somehow missing in their computer they still got me in quickly for a complete exam, which was very thorough and accurate. The process of choosing frames was easy because they still sold my old frame choice, but working with Anahi I was able to add another specialized pair with magnetic sunglasses and still remain at my budget. Anahi was very personable and professional and made the whole experience quite pleasant.

Good afternoon, I just picked up my glasses, but I need to leave feedback about the staff member who gave them to me. They didn't bother to make sure I was satisfied; they just rudely tossed them onto the counter, wrapped in plastic. I had to ask for a case, and I had to check myself to see if the glasses were okay. You need to make sure you hire people who are friendly to customers, or at least train them properly. I truly had a very bad experience at your store and I will not be using your service again.

America's Best is the BEST! I had to much fun with Rich the Tech rocked and Dr. Yau. Along with Steve the GM all offered so much TEAM SPIRIT it was contiguous. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed the exam and explanation. Dr. Yau so kindly shared the science behind the exam with kids and mini A&P lesson on otic nerve. Rich will be one of the first people you meet and he is warm and friendly with a GREAT sense of humor. He made it easy and smooth. Then also, Steve is noted to be a positive energy when you enter. He is a great communicator with both staff training and customers. All in all the ladies too at the desk helped make the process complete. I give them 5 stars! Keep up the GREAT work and look forward to seeing you again!

This is the best staff that I came across in the south jersey area. I travel over 30 miles just to visit this location because of the customer service. Everyone inside of here is amazing ! ANAHI takes on every challenge I give her. I brought her three different broken frames and she was able to repair them until my new glasses came in. I've been a customer with America's best over a decade and I will continue to be ,due to this staff. You guys are amazing and have a blessed year!

I had another amazing experience at my local Americas Best. Only this time Bucky the tech and Bobby the sales associate were two amazing gentlemen. They went above and beyond by explaining the details of what the eye exam tests in the beginning were and also answered all my questions about pricing and when to return to pick my lens. Keep up the great customer service, it makes us customers comfortable and happy!

Americas best in deptford yall have me on a cloud, best customer service I've had in years, from anywhere, I truly appreciate your words and humanity. I haven't always had the best luck in this location, but today, the 2 women I spoke with just on the phone, were wonderful. Thank you both for being YOU! The world needs more of both of you! In a world so harsh now days, so financially burdening, I appreciate yall compassion and understanding. EDIT: just had an apt with this location for the first time in 2 years. I am so happy with the experience I just had. The entire staff seems like it's changed! Yall are incredible. I dealt with 3 incredible individuals. Thank you for your compassion and thoroughness.

I had a great experience at America's Best in Deptford. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. The office was clean and organized, and I felt well taken care of. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing eye exams or glasses.

Made an appointment for 2 PM. Walked in to 8 people waiting before me. 3 techs all sitting in their offices with no patients. Waited over 30 minutes to see someone. What is the point of appointments?? Also the phone calls and texts to remind me of my appointment when they're not even on time is ridiculous
