The employees that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Matt is a superstar as he greeted me with a smile. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable. Dr. Chan is very engaging and patient with me and my wife as we had a lot of questions. Ma'Ree made the whole checkout experience seamless. She is very approachable and gave good advice on options to choose for our glasses. This was an excellent experience and the reason we go to the Deptford location.

From the doctor to the staff, they are always so pleasant and nice. They go over and above to help you from picking out your glasses and making sure that you're Insurance company will pay for everything that you need like Bifocal, Non- Glare resistant, Progressive and Warranty for Scratch Protection. They made sure I had everything covered and I was happy with the final price that I had to pay which I had no complaints about especially after my glasses were $1000.00 and all I had to pay out of pocket was $11.64. Boy of Boy that was a Merry Christmas gift to me!

I was in awe on the professionalism I experienced at this location. From the second I walked I until I ordered my glasses and walked out. My entire experience went smoothly. From one exam to the other, without a hitch. The facilities were very clean and orderly. The doctor went out of her way explaining my retina exam to me, with pictures and comparisons, answering all my concerns. She was very charismatic and relatable. I visited the Deptford Visionworks on 11.6.25 for a scheduled eye appointment. Ma Ree greeted me with a big smile and how can I help you. I was directed to the eye exam seats quickly. Next, I met with Indigo, took all necessary photos,etc.Very pleasant and professional and also scheduled my appointment for next year. I met with Dr Chan. I cannot express how much I appreciated her input and knowledge as she immediately put me at ease. Lastly but not least, I finished with Brooke, who concluded with my paperwork and said to please come back when I am ready to take the next step with glasses and she will be happy to assist me. What a great experience.
