Scott Eye Care

It is extremely hard to make an appointment at this office. I have called multiple times with no answer. I even came in person and was turned away. When someone finally did answer the phone, they took all of my information just to tell me they would get back to me. I am not a new patient, which makes this even more frustrating. I don't know if the doctor needs to hire more front office staff, but something is not adding up. I am a nurse and a former medical staff assistant, and this process makes no sense. God forbid I needed to renew a prescription or had something urgent, because the lack of responsiveness is honestly insane. That being said, the doctors themselves are amazing. The care provided by the providers is great, but the front office workflow and communication seriously need improvement.

The Father and daughter are good but the front desk lady is the must wicked and heartless person i have ever seen in my life. I and my son will never return back to this office again for what they did to me today 1/12/2026 I'll never forget this day. I have been Doctor Scott patient for over 5years now but they treated me so bad, I came with emergency case but they didn't attend to me because I don't have an appointment what a heartless souls.

As always Dr. Winston Scott's services are excellent and up to date. The staff is professional and caring. If someone needs to see an opthamogist I would strongly suggest you see Dr. winston as well as his daughter Dr.Jess scott. I've been seeing him for your years and I have the upmost respect for him and his staff. This would be the place to come for someone who needs services for the care of their eyes as well as their well being.

My experience with Dr.Scott has been very good. I never imagined that after my surgery everything would be so successful. So my first experience so far at Scott eye care has been wonderful. And I truly do recommend him to everyone.

Everyone here at Scott's Eye Care is very professional. Dr.Scott walked me through the whole process of my cataract surgery. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years. I actually can read with out glasses now and have 20/20 vision. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend this doctor to everyone.

Visiting Dr.Scott's eye doctors office is always great. Great service, staff, and results and I recommend him to everybody!

I call this office to schedule an appointment since I work close by, but the receptionist confirmed exactly what other reviews have said -extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called, she asked if I was a new patient. I said yes. She then asked if I had my insurance card, which I confirmed. Right after that, she put me on hold without any explanation. I sat there for about 4 minutes, and when she finally came back on the line, the first thing out of her mouth was, "Yes, are you ready?" I had to ask her, "Excuse me? Am I ready for what?" and she repeated, "Yes, to put you in the system." Not once did she apologize for the long hold. Instead, she acted like I was the one inconveniencing her. I ended up hanging up because I refuse to deal with a receptionist who clearly has no respect, no decency, and no regard for people who are trying to give this office their business. If this is the kind of attitude they allow at the front desk, I can only imagine what the rest of the appointment will be like.
