Amazing customer service. Yara makes the best recommendations for your face shape and/or what your looking for in specific! She was able to provide me the best glasses I've ever gotten in my life, I've never felt this confident with glasses ever. Forever grateful for Yara's professional opinion and honesty. She made me feel seen and understood. Makes you want to come back with how welcoming she is. The way she inform me on the knowledge of each brand I chose, was super cool, i love knowledge so it was impressive hearing and learning about new information. Always a pleasant visit, she has very good manners, is super sweet, funny, caring and respectful.

I met an amazing person in the stablishment. I would give 5 stars or more. Nonetheless, I have tried multiple times to visit the store to pick up my glases. It is always closed and no phone number available. I am concerned and using this method to hopefully get my glasses.

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Wide variety of frames to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back for another pair of glasses in the future.

I paid for the glasses and the store was closed... and the store owner refused to send the glasses... In my life, I have never seen bad behavior from the store owner...
