Disappointing experience. My sunglasses order was incorrect; the lenses were not gradient as ordered, and the explanation given was inaccurate. My contact lens fitting was frustrating. Original sample didn't fit, and they wanted to charge for additional samples. Ultimately they can't do it, and I didn't pay extra, but got a prescription for a new brand without a proper fitting evaluation and it was the same strength as my eyeglasses. I also needed to go back and wait an hour to get an FSA-complaint receipt.
Disorganized and there are no real cost-savings either. Don't recommend this location.

Got a pair of glasses less than a year ago and a support on one arm fell off. I was hoping to get
a new arm, but I had to go for a new frame, 50%
off, but come on! Less than a year old! I asked for my old frames back but was told it was not possible, so no potential spare parts either! Really?!
I got these on a b1 get 1 free frame deal with sunglasses, but wound up paying as much as I
would have at the optometrist.
Don't get me wrong, service was great, staff was nice, but store polices and prices will
probably have me buying internet glasses next time.

The service and attitude is a disaster. I tried to make an appointment with them at 1 pm. They asked me to come at 12:30pm. When I was there on time, they kept me waiting for more than 30 min. Then why didn't let me make the appointment at 1? And the attitude of the front desk is horrible, like it was not his fault but the doctor's. Poor management and service. STAY AWAY!!
