Dynamic Eye Care - Dr Neha Madhiwala - East Windsor Walmart

Dr. Neha Madhiwala is an excellent optometrist in the East Windsor NJ area. She was able to correctly diagnose my condition and took the right call to refer me to retina specialist and I was able to be treated right away. I appreciate her sound judgment and would highly recommend her to all who are in need of an optometrist.

I called Dr. Madhiwala tonight, about 30 minutes before her Costco office closed, because I have a painful eye infection that came on quite suddenly, and wasn't going away. I was assuming I'd get her answering service, and, if I were lucky, could make an appointment for the next day. But it turns out she was there and she told me to come right over and she'd see me immediately, even though that meant staying a bit late! WOW was I impressed. Because Dr. Madhiwala took over my previous eye doctor's practice upon retirement, she was able to review my chart before seeing me. She diagnosed me immediately, reassured me I'd recover, and gave me prescriptions for two medications. However, when I got to the pharmacy, one medication was $44 and the other was $269! I bought the $44 one, but not the more expensive one. I texted Dr. Madhiwala and - from her home - she found me a generic equivalent for, drum roll please, $2.65! I am so grateful that she found an affordable medication for me, and that she is tech savvy and willing to text a patient after hours. She was so concerned about the pain I'm in, and didn't want to make me wait for relief. It's always stressful going to a new doctor; you never know if this person will be compassionate as well as competent. Dr. Madhiwala is both, and I'm so grateful that I called her.

We went to her in Costco where they called us by reaching out. They told this will be as per the annual insurance coverage. We went as family and they tried to impose a fee for some checkups we didn't even want! It wasted 2 hours of our time. Basically her greed! I would strongly suggest to stay away and go to someone else! Read the reviews on Costco North Brunswick and you will know why she is given so low ratings by everyone!
