Used to be a good practice, lately after Prism Vision Group has taken over the medical records and not found. Appointment to the Doctor I have been seeing for over 10 years is not given. First I have to take an appointment with a some other doctor, then a followup with the Doctor I have asked for the original appointment.
Additional mandatory check-up charges that need to be paid out of pocket, more appointments than needed for more billing.
Corporate Greed is visible, patient care is least priority.

Are they allergic to money??? The website clearly says they close at 4:30, I go there and it's closed. They're also closed on Saturday! I just want my glasses, and their hours are so inconvenient.

I called many times this morning about my eye glasses which are delayed by several weeks and got no response. I drove to the office and found it is closed. No notice of any sort on the door. Is this place shut down? I paid more than $500 for my glasses!

As helpful as they are, they really need to change their store hours. If everywhere it says you are open until 6, you need to be open until 6. This is common sense. if you are not open until the time you say, then change it so that when people can plan their day accordingly.

This office is by far the worst doctors office I've ever dealt with! The receptionist are extremely rude and unaccommodating. They messed up my husband's appointment and tried to blame him. They put in the wrong phone number. The guy at the front was completely unprofessional at the things he was saying (talking about how his pets are getting each other pregnant)...To make matters worse they didn't save a vital piece of information So we could order our glasses online. The doctor didn't write it on the prescription and when I called, they said sorry the information doesn't save Automatically. But worse than that, it's how they conducted themselves and how rude they were. Stay away at all costs!

I tried to make an appointment here was on hold for twenty minutes then never got a call back. Decided to just pop in last Friday 8/15/25 as I was going to a store in the plaza. This was at 4:35pm they were closed. Supposedly they are open to five on that day.
