We visited to find glasses for our young son. Unfortunately, the optician was extremely condescending and unhelpful. Their selection of children's frames was also quite limited. I can't recommend this location, unfortunately.

Staff is very kind and helpful, I'm a regular customer of Walmart vision but from last two orders of my husband's and my son's glasses the anti-glare coating quality is very poor and even they don't fix or change it, if u didn't pay 1 year insurance....

Absolute abomination of an experience. Go to any other Walmart because the female technician is rude. After cancelling my appointment without informing me, she continued to dismiss my questions and treat me as if I'm a child. Male technician is the only reason I am not losing my mind right now. Female technician was also rude to me on the phone but I needed an eye exam so I continued anyway but she did nothing to amend her first impression.

This is the second time I had success at trying an Optometrist at a Walmart Center. The female doctor they have in place here is excellent. I use mono-vision contacts and it's not easy to prescribe contacts that work well. I felt that she did a very good job on my eye exam and she was able to determine a good set of contacts for my eyes promptly. She was easy to reach after the exam to answer or accommodate any of my requests. I had a great experience with her and I plan on coming back next year.

I purchased a couple of glasses from Lingo and I had some issue with my them. It was only two doctors who were doing their best to accommodate their patients. One of the doctors at first wasn't pleased that I came with glasses that needed some adjusting, but he was very kind enough to do so. I didn't know how else to express my gratitude besides giving them a 5 star review. Thank you for helping me. I will come by again to change my frames.

My daughter got her contact lens exam earlier this year from this vision center and purchased her contacts supply from another place. She needed a trial pair during her recent visit to NJ. The vision center in East Windsor was kind enough to provide a trial pair to her and also gave her two bottles of solution. This was totally unexpected. I am really thankful to vision center for helping my daughter out.

I used to go to trendy expensive eye care facilities like Pearl Vision, etc. until someone told me about Walmart. At first I was not too sure what I would find there, but once I did, I had the best experience with their doctor, their glasses, their people, etc. The doctor is far better than most I have even gone to and she takes all the time needed with me. My prescription is perfect each time far better than the prescriptions from the opthomologist office that were wrong. Walmart stands by their glasses and has a long warranty on them, not like the other facilities that hardly even give a guarantee.
Kudos to Walmart Vision Center....they are the best....try for yourself and see.

Arrived at 11:55 AM for a 12 PM appointment. I informed the doctor of my arrival.12 PM doctor recieved a customer. 12:10 she accepts another customer. I reminded her of my appointment. She does not offer any apology, explanation, or correction of action. Prior to today's arrival I received three reminder calls. It is clear the doctor wants respect for her time but, will not reciporcate the same for her customers. No more eye care at this Walmart.
