Englewood Eye Center

I've come back for my second annual checkup and eveyone was very friendly. Both the doctor and the assistant were mindful of cleaning all instruments before letting me touch it and they took their time in administering the exam. During last year's visit the waiting room was full so the exact same Dr. and assistant were not AS mindful or throughout, so I appreciated the change. I was given a prescription for eye glasses so I had the pleasure of consulting with Emma over eyewear. She was very pleasant and helpful in helping me figure out which style I wanted to commit to.

Have been going to the eye center for almost 3 years. Never a problem, until today. All I needed was a sample pair of eye contacts to hold me over until my appointment. Was told in the past if I run short or rip a pair come on in and we'll fix you up. I have had a rip in the past which I paid no mind. Because if I come up short my Dr. will fix me up. But today was rudely told NO we don't do that. So I asked them to cancel my appointment for Tuesday, that I wouldn't be back. I spent a good amount of money at this eye center. I am quite upset with what happened. It just amazes me how some Doctors don't care about the patient, just the almighty buck.

These people just dont care. Diagnosed me with glaucoma but gave me no information about it, until i switched to Dr. Bush at the other location. And I've called twice now to get a copy of my glasses prescription and no one ever sends it or contacts me. Rude, dismissive, and stingy with their time. If you're looking to have an eye doctor that answers questions or gives you details about anything, i do not recommend going here, especially if you have a serious eye condition. UPDATE: I ended up having to call 5 times over two weeks to get my glasses prescription. Dr. Bush's office is the only of these locations that you should ever deal with. When I finally called them instead of the primary office, I got it that day. Ridiculous.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I was treated there in 2014 and 2015... I had a insurance plan that covered the visits.... at the end 2015 I ended my treatment at the EYE CENTER... On my last visit to this Eye Center I made sure everything was paid and all my billing with up-to-date... Almost a year later they send me a bill for $600.00... I call in and I wanted to speak with somebody and billing... I was told no one is available and to call back the next day.. When I finally spoke with someone she told me that she was not working there when I was a patient... I was told they would call me back in three days after they figure out what's going on with my billing.. I never received a phone call so I decided to follow-up on my own.. I was told that the insurance covered parts of th the treatment and the rest was up to me... Long story short I went and paid the $600 bill... But whoever was working at the counter that they never applied it to my name... So last week I just received another bill for $600 which I've already paid for.... Things like this will mess up Your credit... if i didn't call and make sure that I had paid and they applied the money to my name they would've sent this to collections... They hire these young girls that have no experience dealing with customers... If you want to deal with these people keep your receipts... And make sure when you pay they are actually applying it to your account... If you go to their office and sneeze into a tissue ...keep that tissue they might try to charge you for it later... I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family... beCareful who you deal with and how they take your money... The other 5 STAR reviews are from their own employees ....

Examined my eyes..thinking it was a great examination. *Ordered my eyeglasses told me they will take 2 weeks..fine. *called me two days later and it was awesome...happy they were ready so soon. * no good can't see far and can't read with my new prescription..She tells they should be progressive.. $200 more.. *need to check my eye one more time with another physician Dr. Stegman. The first physician,Dr Ariola did not check my vision accurate. Wasted my time and money.

Routine eye exam for new prescription - expected co-pay - NOPE!! Billed my insurance $860. for routine eye exam. Left us with 1/3 of that after deductible. Outrageous - three different explanations - all bogus.

I love this office great staff. I was very pleased with the doctor and the sales women that assist me to select my glasses. So pleased to say I found an eye doctors office that provided 100 % patient satisfaction.

horrible experience staff does not give and notice to how they treat your children. Lack of information on parts from both Dr and staff. The first time in my life is all the Dr. Can keep saying in her defense never listened and was rude and kept interrupting during my questions and answering questions I never asked or needed very condescending
