From the very first time we met her, she spoke so positively and confidently about her experience that we immediately felt safe and comfortable in her care. That kind of reassurance means everything. Just picked up my progressive glasses at NY EYE and EAR in Englewood, NJ in their Optical Department and Jenni helped me and let me just tell you she is the best!! Outstanding customer service, beautifullly kind, and caring, down to earth and thoughtful. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out the right glasses to fit my face when I first when in two weeks ago, but today was amazing experience as well!! Jenni is the sweetest optical person I have EVER come into contact with and if you are ever in the search of purchasing for and or needing glasses, make sure you go to NY EYE & EAR in Englewood, NJ and see Jenni once you get your prescription. You will not be disappointed she is an outstanding individual and employee with extreme knowledge and kind heart to match

I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share the excellent level of care my daughter received by Dr. Hariharan. My daughter had a severe cornea abrasion and was terrified that her vision would not be fully restored. Dr. Hariharan was patient, eased our concerns, answered all of our questions, and clearly explained next steps. Dr. Hariharan displayed a level of kindness and concern that shows how much she cares for her patients and loves her job! The appointment and follow up were seamless. Vision fully restored! I highly recommend Dr. Hariharan!

Hi Mary Labowsky! You prescribed me an MRI with and without contrast to rule out a Brain Tumor or the autoimmue MG as the underlying issue for my sudden esotropia at age 35. I had one scheduled 2/26 but the office at NJ eye and ear accidentally sent in two separate MRI codes (one MRI with contrast one MRI without - instead of one MRI with both) to be authorized the morning of my appointment. My appointment ended up being cancelled because of the code mix up and time crunch. We are holding off on rescheduling at the moment because the radiologist has not been able to contact anyone at NJe&e to submit an authorization with the correct code. I'd really like to see you again because of your expertise with adult strabismus! Is there a way you could resubmit the correct code on behalf of the authorization department? My radiologist suggested I find a different Ophthalmologist to get a new MRI script since they'd been trying since the February 17th before my appointment to get any codes sent in. Our follow up to go over results is scheduled for March 16th and I would love to keep that appointment and get the MRI before then. Thank you! Cora Dwyer DOB: 12/30/1990

Dr Laurence Milgrim needs to apologize for his actions as a human. Had an appointment for sinus infection Cleared it up with antibiotics and prednisone Came back still not feeling well, Infection is gone , now it could be chronic sinus issues. He said you need an allergy test and a CT Scan . Tells me i have to stop taking Lexapro for 7 days cold turkey for the allergy test . Yet he said I can continue with klonopin. I did what the " DR" said after all he has been doing this for "30 years" Went through brutal withdrawal symptoms of being on Lexapro for 20 years at 20mg Suicidal Thoughts, dizzy , spins nausea sleeplessness anxiety no focus etc Finally come in today for the test and could not have it done He told me the complete opposite meds! I could take Lexapro but not klonopin. So no test but still in major withdrawal symptoms The wonderful office apologizes for his mistakes and has no answers for this ! I am pursuing this and an apology from Him as well Lisa Kehoe This also is not an ex girlfriend , just a person trying to feel better

I just wanted to share my experience at this location. As a medical office manager myself, I have to say that the manager here (I think her name was Tori) was amazing and handled a small issue with my appointment so well. I will definitely be returning! Thank you

First time going and had a really nice experience. Tori & Prima were super welcoming at the front desk, the doctor was great, and the optical had great prices (they even price matched). Would recommend!

starting off with the front desk staff...i walked in and was greeted warmly, tori helped me out. she was quick and friendly. she answered my questions, helped with my payment and seemed knowledgeable i didn't feel like just another quick check in.
