My husband had an appointment this past Monday 9/11/23 at 11 am in the Flemington office. We arrived at 10:55 in time for the appointment and no one was there. We called the phone number of the office and we were told that they called our home that morning to check to see if we had received a "letter"!! We returned home (takes about 50 minutes to get home) and indeed on our caller ID showed their number was there at 10:16 am but no message was left. We had left our home at 10 am wanting to be sure to arrive on time. Still have not heard from them with any sort of explanation and still have not received any aforesaid "letter" 4 days later. So disappointing to be treated so unfairly. We are changing retina doctors since my husband needs to have his Macular Degeneration taken care of.
