2 days ago my son sat on his glasses and broke frame.His backup pair was MIA so I glued the frame and put lens back .I called Glen and he said come right over.My son picked out new frame and Glen told me he already sent out my order when I called because It was Thanksgiving in 2 days! He said it probably wouldn't be in for a week.Today he calls me at noon and they're ready for pickup! Thank you Glen for taking such good care of my son and putting a rush on his glasses! You're the absolute best! 5 stars all the way ....

From my personal experience, I found their staff to be very welcoming and accommodating, which made my visit a pleasant one. My daughter, who was only 4 years old at the time, was fitted for her first pair of glasses at Glen Eye Care. However, I made the mistake of buying her second pair from another provider, and my daughter was not happy with how they felt. So, I decided to give Glen Eye Care another chance and bought her a new pair from there. I was delighted to see that my daughter loved them! I found Glen Eye Care to be very reliable. They delivered what they promised, and their attention to detail was impressive. They also have a vast selection of frames and lenses to choose from, which makes it easier to find something that suits your taste and budget. Overall, I would highly recommend Glen Eye Care. Their friendly staff, reliability, and attention to detail make them a top-notch provider in my book.

Wasted so much of my precious time. I was going to be in the area one day, so I called a week in advance to order replacement lenses for my son's glasses and made an appointment to have them cut while we were there. I arrived at my appointment to find that the lenses were never ordered. Fortunately I had a spare pair of glasses with me, so I left them with Glen and planned to make the long trip on an additional day. He called when they were ready, so I made another trip over one Saturday to pick them up. His business hours online say they're open 9:30-2pm on Saturday's. They were NOT open so I called to find that the answering machine had different hours listed than google. I guess I'll try to figure out ANOTHER day to again drive an hour round trip to pick up my son's glasses. Very disappointed with how much I've been inconvenienced.

Please DO NOT USE..... GLENS EYCARE FREEHOLD.... Was route 9 Manalapan...... Very Sad...... Stopped using Glenn a few years back & My family Started using Spare Pair In Town Point Manalapan.... They Have been awesome..... Glen himself was furious when Spare Pair Called for my Prescription ...... Last Pair of Glasses I purchased from GLENS was FREDS for $1,300.00..... These were just taken from my car 3 weeks ago....... Hated to call Glenn But I did & told him I need a Bill for the insurance com........I also said I would pay him $100 for his time...... He Replied NOPE.... NO CAN DO...... Does not have our records. Got rid of them..... He knows I had them Plus still sells them...... With that said if you have used him or intend to on any Glasses HIS NUMBER IS $700.00

After spending over $500 for eye exam and glasses I still cannot see clearly. Eye examiner claims exam was correct and lens maker claims lenses were made correctly. No one will take responsibility AND I CANNOT SEE!!! Never use glens eye care again!!

Been using Glen for years. Always a great experience. The prescription is always correct and I've never left with glasses that look poorly on me.

My daughter who was 5 at the time got glasses from Glenn's. The service was excellent and every step of the way they've been as helpful and as accommodating as possible. Highly recommend

Would highly recommend, we brought our 9 month old son for glasses and he was very comfortable
