We have been coming here for years, the staff is beyond patient and beyond helpful. Recently Rasan and Jenna went above their normal amazing customer service and took the time out to get the order correct. We give this place a 10 out of 10.

I have been a patient here for years; however, I've noticed over the two year the service and quality of care has gone down hill. The nurses have had arguments in front of me and been yelling at each other with me in the office. Also, I had an appointment now to come in for my annual exam and the doctor has cancelled on me 3x and this last time I showed up in the office and the doctor had literally left. Not a single phone call, absolutely nothing this last time after I left work to drive all the way here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Horrible service and lack of ability to treat patient. Everyone should move if you're a patient here because there's definitely better doctors out there then at this location. In addition, I have watched them overcharge glasses to patients but then charge nothing to patients they know. it's ridiculous- totally unprofessional and I've had it with my experience here.

Been a patient for years. Quality of care and level of thoroughness has gone down substantially over the years. I knew I was a different prescription than what I was prescribed. Went to another doctor and sure enough that was the case.

Went in on a Saturday not knowing that they were closing soon. That wasn't the problem. The issue I had was with I'm guessing the boss. I bought glasses there before and they special ordered it with no problems. I asked the other worker if glasses can be special ordered and right away the other last said no while she was on the phone with somebody else. She was very rude. I won't be going back every again and that includes Dr. Gina who diagnosed me with having cataracts. I can't give my business to a place that has rude people working there.

Unfortunately I called twice, first time 7 minutes on hold, tried again and was 5 minutes on hold and decided to call another place. You need better employees to not drive your business down

I can see tiny letters now and read fine print , I used to just sign things without reading because I couldn't see it , thank you Freehold eyecare

My entire family goes to Dr. Sclafani, she is wonderful to deal with & extremely thorough. Everyone working in the office goes out of their way to be courteous, helpful & kind. We are so happy to have found them!

Dr. Sclafani is amazing. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain things to you. She truly has your best interest in mind. The staff are all very friendly, especially Jillian. They are all eager to help and it is always a great experience when we go.
