Dr. William S. Berger

My family has been seeing Dr. Berger for years! He and the office staff are professional and friendly. They take their time helping each patient! We highly recommend them!

Dr Bergerac office is great and clean. Everyone was friendly and kind to my Son and I. Dr Berger is very professional and knowledgeable. Totally recommend. Don't know if things changed as saw some bad reviews. I would say don't let the bad reviews deter you as it was a great appointment.

Do NOT go here! Worst office with rude and bullying staff. Completely unprofessional. After more than 2 months of lab errors and office not checking glasses multiple times before calling me to pick up and wasted hours on phone trying to straighten issue out MYSELF, I finally was able to get lab quality control person to directly handle my case. QC called the office directly to get script and was NOT given full script!! I was called twice to office to pick up lenses which were NEVER checked for correctness. Wasting my time and GAS! Now after having had enough of this ongoing horrible experience and STILL NO GLASSES, I requested a cancellation and refund and my benefits reinstated. THEY ARE REFUSING! Making me waste more time filing grievance and complaint. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you are not satisfied with their service, they will keep your money and refuse to cancel claim with lab and not reinstate benefits and try to force you to accept their glasses no matter what!

Excellent customer service. Jennifer abd staff are fantastic. Very friendly and accomodating place wirh a nice sized selection of all types of frames. They went above and beyond for us this afternoon. I truly appreciate Dr. Berger and what he does for the community. Highly recommend his services. He is truly a seasoned professional.

I went to this Dr when the other places were closed due to this Pandemic. I broke my glasses and needed them replaced ASAP. What I liked most about this place was I went there on a Friday or Saturday ( I cannot remember) picked out my glasses and Was told that my new glasses would be done on Monday and they were. They were a little more expensive but it's worth it if you need glasses right away and cannot wait 2 weeks to get them. He seems knowledgeable also I have Astigmatism and he explained it better to me than the previous place I went to. I would recommend this place.

The optometrist that did my eye exam was rude. It seemed to me like I was an inconvenience for him. By the way, the entire office is a time capsule for the 1980's or something because it is old & dilapidated. If it wasn't for my insurance company recommending me to go here, I would never choose this place. The frames that were covered by my insurance look dated but that's to be expected since they are free. If you want anything that looks stylish expect to pay a pretty penny for it. For instance, to get transition lenses (eyeglasses that automatically turn dark in the sunlight) it an extra $65 + tax. They have all these silly adons on top of their normal free prescription glasses. Avoid this place please and just cough up the money to go to something like America's Best eyeware or something.

Place is dirty and outdated. Staff is rude and the Dr is even more rude. They have an awful selection of glasses and the nice pairs are way to expensive. If my insurance didnt limit where i can go, I'd never go back!! Pearle Vision i just found out takes my insurance so thats where ill be going for now on. Youve been warned!!!

Very nice Doctor, I have been going for many years. Good front of house service too. Efficient assistant for small office.
