Pearle Vision

I would like to stay I had a good experience with Jill from Pearle vision. But it was not good it was great!! Very professional, she took her time with me and very informative with my needs. She has a long time customer in me.

We had such a great experience here. The entire team was friendly, patient, and so helpful while fitting my 3-year-old for glasses. Truly exceptional customer service!

updated: Pearl Vision contracted me and fixed the situation. I received my glasses and I am happy with the store and how they quickly resolved it. __________________________________________________________ tried charging me approximately $100 dollars more after I left the store and paid for my glasses and lenses. Cancelled ordered and requested refund. Not happy over my waste of time and lack of transparency from the store.

Edited 7/2025 - after the horrible experience last year with my glasses this business automatically scheduled me for an annual exam this year (without asking me) and then sent a bunch of texts and messages about how I missed the appointment. Just proves to me their customer service is still measuring less than zero!! Stay away!! I'm so unhappy with these glasses. They are NOT the ones I purchased. My original $600 pair fell apart (while I was driving) less than 6 months after I got them. I took them to the store and the guy glued the frame together and handed them back. They fell apart again a few days later so I went back. This time he reluctantly said they would order me frames (because I purchased the added insurance). In the meantime, he taped them back together so now I had to wear them like Poindexter for another week!! After 3 weeks with the broken frame I went to pickup my new ones and was shocked that they gave me crappy substitute frames (in a totally disgusting silver color with ridges on them and they look NOTHING like the lovely copper colored ones I bought) because they said the original ones I purchased are no longer available. No one consulted with me or told me they were picking these cheap looking frames from the $20 bin! I immediately told the clerk that I didn't like these and asked why no one had told me I was not getting the same ones I purchased. Wasn't I supposed to get replacement frames that were the same or better than the original ones? She couldn't answer. On top of that, they charged me a $25 copay for these ugly glasses. I'm so disappointed. The customer service on this experience was less than zero. I'll never go back to any Pearle Vision if this is how they treat customers and I recommend you stay away too unless you're okay with getting stuck with something you didn't pick out. So sad that this business doesn't care if customers are happy with their glasses or not.

The 5 stars is for the eye exam provider, Mary O'Hara. She was was thorough and sensitive to all my needs. It felt like she was really trying her best to help me in my unique situation.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the proficiency and professionalism of all staff members from having our eye exams through purchasing new frames and lenses. Our appointment was started on time and everyone was pleasant and helpful..

Grear experiences over multiple visits. The staff at the shop are extremely experienced and knowledgeable about exactly the lense type is perfect to optimize your vision to your specific prescription. They are attentive and listen to your needs to best adjust to your comfort and vision. I highly recommend purchasing lenses and frames from this location as I have and will continue to return.

Service was seamless, prompt, and genuine. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. I waited a short minute before the doctor was ready and was reminded to browse the displays for frames while I waited. After my exam I sat with a rep who became available for me. We went over options for my lenses to reduce glare and fatigue. Overall an experience with no negatives. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional.
