I must preface this review with the fact that up to today I had no major issues here. The doctors I believe are excellent , the front desk gave me a little attitude prior but I chalked that up to everyone is entitled to a bad day. Today I was very unsatisfied with my visit. I checked in for my scheduled appointment and sat in the section I was told to. The representative was helping someone else and I waited very patiently. She never acknowledged me for a good 45 minutes even though she got up from the client she was with several times. When she was done with this client she very casually asked me why I was there. I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!

As a mom, finding the best care for your children is everything -- and I truly felt that here. The doctor took the time to clearly explain every part of the eye exam to both myself and my daughters. We never felt rushed, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The whole experience felt personal, not just another appointment. We will definitely be returning. Last year I came in and place an order for my prescription lenses because my frame was good. That is also because no one called back. Said that. It was supposed to be done in a week. Now almost 4 week into it and after several calls made no one replied back. Very poor service.

Doctor Amazing! Wait time is just ridiculous. I was there for 3 hrs and people that came after me were leaving and I was still there with my daughter that was not feeling well. Appointment at 4:15 I got there at 4pm and left at 7:15. Also the people that help you with the frames and lenses don't explain much

For the 2nd year in a row, my prescription was incorrect. They had to redo my eye exam and my glasses.
This year, as I mentioned my prescription was wrong, but also the left lens on my glasses was scratched. They redid my glasses. Got the prescription right... BUT now the right lens is scratched.
It's not a big scratch. But I didn't pay over $400 to walk around with scratched glasses.
I messaged them and did not get a response back. I will probably not come back to them again. I just don't have time for this back and forth redoing eye exams, glasses and whatnot.
I'm requesting a refund or at the very least a 50% refund.
