Beyer Eye Associates

I am writing these reviews based on my own visit for Beyer Eye 498 Monmouth Rd Millstone NJ 08527. As of today Dec, 2nd 2025 between 10 to 11am I went to pickup my eye glasses. Very first time when I went there, they setup my appointment for next week, when I reached there at 10.30. She said , she doesn't have any appointment in the system and also Doctor is on vacation. I was very upset but I didn't say anything. Second time on Nov, 11 when I went for my eye exam, Doctor's Assistant put multiple drops on my eyes as per their requirements for the preparation. The eye glass guy told me, we will call you when they are ready. After next day, I started feeling a little irritation in my right eye but not too bad. So I ignore it and decide when I go there to pick up my Glasses. I will ask the doctor if he can recommend me any eye drops for irritation. Last part of the seen is they never called me and finally I went myself and asked about my glasses and they gave me. When I asked the lady If doctor can recommend any eye drops for my eyes irritation she went to ask one Dum, Stupid lady she was sitting in the room behind the front desk. She wants to charge me75/- dollars more because it is medical treatment. She was very rude and not ready to listen and also threatened me that she has a Camera to record for the people who come there to give them business. She should not work if she doesn't know how to speak to the customer. Eye doctor told me that for my eyes operation which is going to cost me around 8 thousand. But now I decided, I will never give them my business just because of that rude lady. I don't want to give them not even one star.

Dr. Mark is exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, and the office was pristine. Dr. Mark took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, making me feel confident and cared for. His expertise and genuine compassion is unmatched. My vision has improved significantly. Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

From my initial cataract evaluation & through cataract surgery, Dr. Mark Beyer & his staff put me at ease & provided all the information I needed for my surgery. Dr. Mark gave me the reassurance that I was in the best hands possible & the results of my improved vision were terrific!

Dr. Mark Beyer is an excellent and caring doctor. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. I had a complicated issue and he was able to treat me when other doctors were not. I am forever grateful to him. I've never had a doctor like Dr. Beyer before and will be referring all my family and friends to him.

I have been going here for years and have had nothing but an excellent experience. Drs. Mark and Eric have always been caring, compassionate and professional. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and always felt like my problems were addressed. They have always been accommodating and managed to squeeze my whole family in together for appointments. Would highly recommend this practice to everybody!

I had the best experience with Beyer Eye Associates. I was diagnosed with cataracts and glaucoma. Dr Mark and his staff did a battery of tests to determine my proper treatment. Surgery was necessary. Dr Mark did the surgery and the results are unbelievable. My vision is the best of my life. I strongly recommend Beyer Eye Associates for any eye issues you may have. You won't be disappointed.

Can't get through on the phone. Awful experience of being forwarded from office to office and then getting stuck in a loop with the automated service. Nonsense. It should not be this difficult to make an appointment. Absurd.
