I paid high dollars for glasses to be done one year ago. I had problems. I just hot new glasses that are better and i was told it was the PD. I called to get my PD for the glasses i had made there and they refused to give them to me. Never will i go to that chain again. "Internal records they say. Nope that is my record. One year of problems and i told them,went back but they kep saying all fine. Now i finally know why. Terrible client care

It has been ages since I met someone like Jake in the retail sales and services. Upon my arrival at this Pearl Vision location, I received very friendly and respectful greetings from Jake. He took the time to ascertain my insurance coverage and guide me through the process. Thereafter, Jake took proper measurements to ensure that my bifocals are manufactured as prescribed by my MD. Today I picked up my glasses and I am very pleased with them. My vision is sharper and I can read the smallest print.
Jake is a true professional with excellent knowledge of his trade. He is courteous and walked that extra mile to please and more importantly, do what is right for me, his all important customer. I must say I feel good about trusting Jake with my eye care needs.

Unfortunately, we made a bad choice by going to a different business (big chain), with lens quality so bad we couldn't use the glasses we paid for. We decided to try Hamilton's Pearle Vision and we are SOOOOO HAPPY with not only the quality of the glasses, but also the customer service.
