I had to see an eye Doctor as an emergency because my 7 years old got a paper cut in his eye. I found this office so I went... the office manager first gave me a problem because I had a picture front and back of my sons insurance Emblem blue cross blue shield, so I had to go back home and get it then I didn't have my bank card and she would not see him without the 20 dollars copayment so I had to go to the bank and get the 20 dollars. She refuse to send me the bill. All this time I was running around my son was crying inside the office having the consultation with my niece so I was not able to see the doctor and speak to him. The staff was rude and they seem so tired not once did they smile or made me feel welcome. I would not recommend this office to anyone just because of how they treated me. The Doctor seems knowledgeble and experienced but that hopefully I can find someplace else.
