Excellent service by Howard and Rachel. Their local business is a treasure in our small town. The cost was worth every penny. Their combined decades of experience made for a very pleasant shopping environment. We made our appointment for our grammar school age son. He has already chosen his frames. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Rachel and Dr. Sherman. I was a new patient and Rachel the office administrator was warm and very helpful. She set up my appointment quickly through text and sent over all the new patient forms before my appointment. Dr. Sherman was really thorough with my exam, explained everything in layman's terms, and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Sherman and Ms. Rachel exceeded my expectations. I reached out to the clinic for an appointment for my son. First thing that impressed me was the doctor himself answered the phone as it was the lunch break for the practice. He took my details and then Ms. Rachel texted me asking me to fill out all the documentation. I was asking for a miracle as I needed an appointment the same day or the next day. Ms. Rachel was very patient with me and tried about a 100 options to get my son in for the same day. She did what was impossible. When I went there as a first timer, I couldn't believe that Dr. Sherman noted every single detail and patiently listened to our questions and concerns and took time to share all the details to us. Never was in a hurry to see the next patient. I must say he's very knowledgeable and a dedicated person. Highly recommend the practice. They are very prompt in answering to your texts and returning your calls.

Dr. Sherman was kind enough to see me during an eye emergency when my regular eye doctor was unavailable. I was so impressed with his willingness to see me as well as his thoroughness in the exam. His office assistant was also very nice. Now that my former eye doctor has moved I am happy to see him as my regular eye doctor now!

I had such a great experience with this doctor and his staff. From the minute the receptionist answered the phone to the first appointment, they are incredibly helpful. Especially for a mother of a child with special needs. Dr. Sherman and his staff are thorough and incredibly helpful. It is always a struggle to find a good doctor for a child with special needs, however Dr. Sherman's ability to communicate with my child was so wonderful and seemed to come very natural. I would highly recommend this practice.

Rachel was also great to work with when setting up my appointment and getting all my paperwork in order. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting again.

Dr Sherman was great with my 9 year old, really put him at ease. After a thorough examination he made sure to explain to me what was going on with my son's vision. The secretary was very helpful both before and after the appointment. Quaint small office with a personal touch.
