I went to this LensCrafters on Sunday morning with a broken nose pad on my eyeglasses. I was slightly panicked as I was leaving on vacation in a few days and needed my glasses! I am not an LC customer. But my private practice Eye Doctor doesn't repair glasses. Caitlin from LC greeted me w/in 2 minutes of arriving and there were 15 customers w/ other staff. The arm of my glasses broke off a few weeks ago and I bought a spare frame online thinking I could fix it. Nope.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful to this mobility challenged senior. They were patient, and REALLY listened to what I needed and then provided me with my options. I came in to replace glasses that I had bent. And now with a new prescription I will be getting TWO pair for just a little more than the price of one! Yes, holiday sales will have me wait 2 - 3 weeks to get them, but they are EXACTLY what I wished for.
