Disappointing Experience with Dr. Raghu Office Staff I was a patient of Dr Raghu's for 20yrs and unfortunately, my experience with his recent office staff left much to be desired. While Dr. Raghu himself was competent and professional, the same cannot be said for his staff. Firstly, I found them to be quite unfriendly and unapproachable. Their demeanor lacked warmth and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my visit. Additionally, their communication skills were subpar. Overall, while Dr. Raghu may be skilled in his field, the negative experience with his office staff significantly detracted from the overall quality of care. I recently questioned a bill they submitted to my insurance company after specially requesting NOT to submit as I paid for my visit in full out of pocket, sonce I do not have a vision plan they unethically ran it and tried charging me more. When I had this dispute with the office "manager" Marisol she assured me it would be waived as a courtesy. After spending hundreds on contacts through them I then received a letter from DR Raghu telling me to seek a new doctor due to administrative issues. They will not answer my calls as I want to request my prescription and medical records. I hope that improvements can be made in the future to create a more welcoming and efficient environment for future patients. Shame on him and his staff
