I can not recommend against this place enough. Manager opened store 45 minutes late. No apology or consideration to anyone. Slow service. Doctor really couldn't care less. My husband was waiting and waiting and I had to ask when they can give him his contacts and then they realize doctor assumed he just needed glasses. (He's used contacts for 10+ years). I wasn't offered the club program they have - but I told the women helping that we both wanted it. My husband and I ended up not getting glasses because we were there for over an hour and half and still waiting to finish testing- so we had to leave. On my way home I realized that I wasn't given the club program I asked for but charged for regular eye exam. So I had to call another store to get this properly taken care of. If you value your time, and people that actually want to do their work- I wouldn't go here.

This place is a joke. I would not recommend this clinic based on my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance because evening availability is limited. My appointment was set for Friday at 5:30 PM and I was contacted multiple times via calls and text messages for confirmation. I responded and confirmed earlier this week. Even completed the registration documents required ahead of my visit. Just this morning I received a reminder text confirming (again, for the 3rd time) my appointment. Then, I received a call asking to reschedule because "the doctor needs to leave early for religious reasons." I explained that I would be driving in after work and could not arrive earlier than my scheduled time. There was zero flexibility here to keep an already agreed upon appointment. If the doctor required a schedule change, for religious reasons (not emergency based) why was the appointment slot listed as available in the first place? Clearly a reflection of poor communication and schedule management. When patients book weeks in advance and confirm multiple times, their time should be respected in return. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of consideration for patient schedules and commitments. If reliability and respect for your time are important, you should consider other options.

We had a wonderful experience at America's Best Vision. Joshary was kind and professional! From check-in to checkout, the staff in general was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions without rushing. My daughter was also seen by the doctor and received the correct prescription, which reassured me that we were in great hands. Great care

Everyone there was great. The optometrist was very kind and professional. She made sure that I could see very clear during my exam. Kathy helped me with my glasses not only was she kind. She was so professional and courteous. She made some great suggestions. Jose made sure that my progressive glasses were well fitting and centered. He was also kind and knowledgeable. Great place to get your glasses.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. From the outset, the customer service was poor; I was kept waiting for an excessively long time, even though the staff was only attending to one other customer. When I was finally attended to, the lack of professionalism was glaring; they were unable to answer my questions clearly or provide helpful responses. I feel my time was completely wasted. I would not recommend this place if you expect professional and efficient service.

Literally worst customer service ever. Agent asked me "what do you want " and yelled at me as co-workers watched. While I was trying to find my insurance. If you can't calmly answer questions and I feel aggression from your workers that's an issue. I will be filing a complaint. Very weird and off putting experience. I do not recommend.

Great experience for a first time customer. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Luna took the extra time to make sure I was happy with my glasses. I received a call back a few days later just to check in and make sure everything was good.

I walked in wanting to have contacts, I couldn't even get them in my eye . I said ok what glasses should I get ( so many choices ) I was helped by Luna ( she is the BEST ) She was so helpful !!!! I would suggest if your in the Kaiser area needing help with all your eye care needs go to this location and ask for LUNA ! She will not disappoint !
