I ordered glasses for work and when I got them I started to have issues with them due to the curve of the frame, I decided to try to bring them back and had zero issues returning them and having a new pair with a different frame done. Chris was understanding and very helpful. He helped pick out a new frame and got my new glasses in just a few days. No other charges or questions. New pair is perfect.

I lost my glasses and had to get some new ones, so decided to go to BJs to get a new pair of glasses and an eye exam. Long story short, I had a great experience with BJ's Optical. The staff was amazing and super helpful. My glasses were ready in about 7 business days.

the eye exam was very thorough and done via onsite testing then remote consult with Optomitrist and Opthomelogist. All were very friendly and competent. Amazed that the actual machine to determine prescription was controlled remotely by both. The Optimologist was very accomadating working with me to balance my long range script with my ability to read a paper so that I did not need bi focols. The Tech, Lissette, who was on sight was very pleasant and explained every step. When I came to getting the glasses etc I was helped by Mr. Drodz, the manager. This was a very grood experience also. He was very patient and helpful , and knowledgable. He explained the importance of letting the lab know where the center of the lense for my pupil should be. He made exact measurements. Oh he had great sense of humor. No hard sell just knowledgable suggestions as to options. Just be aware that If your presciption is as strong as mine is, the cost of glasses will be higher than advertised prices due the cost of making the lenses. I have had this issue my whole life. The final proof will be how the glasses with the new presctiption work. I got my last two pair at BJ;s with a outside prescriptions and they worked very well . If the new ones work well then this will be a five star.

Great experience! Both the female and male representatives that helped me there on separate occasions we're so kind and very helpful. They helped me find better discounts and once my glasses were ready they told me to come back for any problems and when i did (due to the middle support slightly bothering me) they helped me immediately and fixed the problem within a few seconds.

Isabella in the optical department is absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service skills are outstanding. Not only is she extremely nice but she is extremely helpful with any of your optical needs. She always helps me pick the glasses that would look best for me, based on my prescription and face shape. She's very patient and just wants customers to be extremely satisfied with their purchase. I would not go anywhere else for contacts or glasses!

Recently purchase two pair of and the quality was poor, bad recommendation from sales rep, the bifocal do fit right, several people said they did not like the fit and now I stick with two pair of glasses I paid $448.00. When I told the sale rep. I like designer glasses, since implied their too expensive. ZDont assume what one can or can not afford. Poor service, never again. I
