On 1/28/26 I saw Dr Ross for my yearly appointment. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. I don't know the names of the two young women at the desk, but they as well were very friendly and able to change my husband's appointment to an earlier time for him. Thank you ! Would recommend 100%

Courteous on-time check-in. Initial eye testing done ahead of time. Dr. Richman was on time and conducted a very thorough and rapid testing of all aspects of my vision. He read my reports sent ahead of the appointment. He quickly understood my fundamental vision problem and addressed it with appropriate corrective lenses. I was amazed at the vision improvement.
He explained in plain language using my eye images on the screen. I was then handed off to Pam for making new glasses who also worked with me quickly and courteously. I eagerly await the final product next week. Thanks to ALL :-)
