Great optometry practice with great doctors and a friendly staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and thorough during every step from the exam, to finding the right Eyewear, to dealing with insurance and how everything is covered and at what levels. I couldn't be more appreciative of how friendly and easy to work with they are. Simply a great doctor's office experience.

Dr Ward is the Best! She is very thorough professional, and friendly and really knows what she is doing.I have been going to her office for years! I like the fact that she does the eye exams,not a tech.She recently got a new office staff.I find Laura,Emma and Jodie very Professional and pleasant to deal with.Dr Ward is most helpful with any eye issues I have had.I would highly recommend her office.The Best in town!!!

This was my very first eye exam. I came here on the recommendation of my sister-in-law and it was well worth it! Everyone was personable, kind, and helpful. Because it was my first eye exam, every step and test was explained to me in detail. My first experience here was welcoming and I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I've been coming to them for 15 years since I first needed glasses. To me they are like family. I've watched theirs families grow and they treat you like family when you're there. They are very professional with the exam and give you helpful information when you need it. They give you all the pricing information that you need to make your decision and help you pick out the best frames and lens that work for you. I recommend them to everyone I meet that day they don't like their eye dr.

The exam itself was very good and resolved some problems that I have been experiencing with a previous purchase of two pairs of glasses. To their great credit they were ready to resolve the issue without question. I do think though that a 45 minute wait is way too long especially when someone who arrives 20-25 minutes after you goes in ahead of you.

2 1/2 hours is excessive for a routine eye exam and it only ended at that point after I told the front desk I had to leave for another appointment. The doctor is very nice but spoke with a friend about her vacation arrangements at the front desk for 15 minutes and another friend behind closed doors for another 15. Totally inappropriate. Everyone's time is valuable and this should be considered when patients are on premises. As a business owner myself, it's just bad business practice on her part.

I would have given 5 stars because the office was almost perfect. The only issue I had was that after I received my dilation the doctor brought me out to look at frames. She informed a woman that I was there and I would need assistance with selecting frames. The woman she asked to help me got an attitude and stated that she was helping someone else. The issue I had is that when the doctor walked away the woman began to very rudely say that she was busy with another woman and that I'm just gonna have to wait or ask for help from someone else and who does the doctor think she is. Then she and the woman she was with began talking about the woman's personal life and whatever other business she had. Her remarks were very unprofessional and she should keep her personal friendships aside from her work environment. Then anytime the woman that finally came to assist me asked her a question she then had an attitude with her. I'm sorry that work was interfering with talking about boyfriends and engagements and personal issues. If I do plan to return there for my business I will be sure to avoid this woman and her atrocious attitude. My experience was great until I had the uncomfortable experience of being around that woman. Her demeanor made me not even dare ask her to open the case to look at a pair of Tiffany frames I wanted to purchase. She also just made me feel unwanted and that I should take my business elsewhere. If my eyes weren't dilated and the doctor weren't so kind I would have walked out.
