A huge thank you to Sue at the Sagemore, Marlton location! I recently stopped by to purchase the new Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and I was blown away by the experience. I've bought glasses at plenty of other stores before, and usually, I'm just handed one standard option without much discussion. Sue completely changed that for me! She took the time to explain every detail regarding lens qualities, different brands, and the specific benefits of each. I honestly had no idea I had so many choices until she walked me through them. She was incredibly patient, explaining things multiple times until I felt confident in what I was picking. If you want someone who actually cares about getting you the best result, go see Sue. Thank you for such a great buying experience!

My partner and I have been here twice. Originally we left and I went to LensCrafters in Moorestown after encountering a rude employee. We attempted to give it a second go around at this location as they have a larger selection of glasses. My partner was trying to explain how she was curious about how she could get a PD number for a specific pair of glasses she wanted to order off of LensCrafters website. The initial response was that "we are two different entities and we only do that for our customers" . We decided to leave and go else where again. However, being in the store she was a customer. She would have happily allowed this store branch place the online order if they weren't so cold, rude, and quick to assume she wasn't going to be a customer. Disappointing representation of customer service. However, LensCrafters in Moorestown is great. Also one employee at this location who stated they are a new hire went above and beyond to be kind.

Ordered new glasses and sunglasses, paying extra $120 for thinner and lighter lenses on the glasses. I was given December 10th as an expected completion date. Sunglasses came in early, great, but the everyday glasses with the expensive lenses were delayed until December 24th. They were nice enough to give me glasses with regular lenses to tide me over until the glasses with thinner/lighter lenses come in. Very grateful for that. Just before Xmas and I got a message saying the glasses are in but I couldn't get to the store until today(the 27th). As soon as I received the new glasses, I could see that the lenses are thicker and feel heavier than the less expensive lenses that I've been using. I pointed out that fact and the associate who was helping me looked and agreed with my observation. She then went over to consult a colleague who, when I walked over to them, proceeded to tell me that she's never seen a situation like it in her 30 years of experience. However, she then proceeded to tell me that even though I paid an extra $120 for what was marketed to me as thinner and lighter lenses, they could, in fact, be thicker and heavier than the normal polycarbonate lenses. I pointed out that that contradicts their marketing and their rationale for charging more money. All the while, the more experienced associate proceeded to talk over me when I tried to talk until I asked her to just let me finish making my above point. She kept repeating herself about lenses can be thicker but never satisfactorily addressed my question about why they market and charge more for a product that's supposed to be thinner and lighter...but isn't. She then said she can't explain it anymore and walked away. I was given the choice of keep using the cheaper lenses and getting the $120 refunded, which I accepted. I'm happy the situation got resolved but the exchange with the senior associate was unproductive, and left a sour ending to what had been a nice experience up to that point.

My daughter only wanted the same glasses she was wearing and they both were extremely helpful in helping my daughter get her favorite glasses. We were very happy. Lens crafters in Marlton will be our place from now on. We will not be going to the Moorestown Mall location anymore, that man quoted me $453/$293 for just lenses with my insurance. Highway Robbery!!!

I was greeted at the door and assisted promptly. I want to mention that Sue Holmes was wonderful to work with. She looked up my insurance, and she provided me with the best possible lenses. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

My Husbands and I went in for new glasses and Niki was exceptionally helpful, patient and assisted us with getting the perfect set of glasses. She also was considerate that we had two insurances and she made sure we were getting the best pricing based on our two vision insurances. I could not have asked for a better Sales Person to assist us. I will be looking for Niki next year when it's time for a new pair of glasses. Thank you Niki.

Best glass search and fitting ever!! great selection, quick service, entertaining customer service. Sue was so super helpful. She had a great "eye" for style and helped me find my perfect pair of glasses! I will keep coming back and asking for Sue for my eye glass needs.

If I could give minus five stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service at the Sagamore Promenade. We came in to pick up a ready order and were met with immediate rudeness. It only went downhill from there. A great way to start the new year... not.
