Drs. Pritz & Gray Eyecare

This is such a shame to say. I've been going to Dr Gray since I was 5 years old. Once she retired and the daughter took over the place just went to hell. She is very rude, ZERO bedside manner, and the staff is just not the same. We loved Dr. Gray- always kind and efficient. I have to get a special test once a year and the technician was upset as she was ready to leave. She was on her cell phone and distracted then had to repeat it. Just called again and was told (after 40 years as a patient) that I owed money and my script is expired. Never offered an appointment. Just very blunt. Again, it's a shame. I never post reviews, particularly negative ones. But something needed to be said. Sent a record release to have my records transferred to a new doctor :(

I'm a patient at this office for years. The lack of customer service from them is unbelievable poor. I've left multiple messages and was told there was Phone issues. Now my appointment isn't till February. It's time to find a new dr

I'm not a patient but had a minor emergency while I was vacationing in Sea Isle. I only had one contact and called around to local offices off island in hopes some had my prescription on file. This location did and when I walked in expecting to pay for one extra contact, they provided me with the one I needed, an extra pair, case & solution for no cost. It truly made my day and the blonde lady who assisted me could not have been nicer! I am so pleased with my experience here.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Pritz & Gray Eye care facility. I was a new patient. I had researched them online but they scheduled me with the daughter of Dr. Pritz, who had not been listed on their site as a staff member. She did, however, have a lengthy bio listed on Horizon web site, her previous employer. She was qualified, so I confirmed my appt. On arrival, the Tech did half of my exam and I waited over 15 mins in the chair while Dr. Nicole Pritz talked on the phone in another office. She finally ended the call with" I have to go I have a patient" . She seemed to be in a rush, as several times she switched the lens so quickly, that I. couldn't respond one way or the other. When I went to pick out glasses the receptionist told me the script was for bifocals. I had never used these before and Dr. Pritz had not even mentioned their use to me. She failed to ask, if I would like to try them or contacts. She should have discussed my options. She actually didn't say much at all. I am still confused by the treatment or lack of attention that I received. Disappointed b/c I only have the opportunity to have my vision checked once a. yr. as per my insurance and now I will have to wait another year to figure out if I should have gotten bifocals or contacts to help me daily.

Pritz and Gray has been my eye doctor for many years upon making my appointment I had to wait 6 months and when I got there they say they no longer take my insurance but yet it's listed on their Web page and was confirmed at the time I called . When asked about witch doctor they recommend they don't care which one but not here. After so many years of being with them I would expect a little more courtesy they're not very helpful

Great practice, friendly staff and professional doctors, but practice has lost doctors to retirement or other practices without replacing them. Patient for over 20 years who had to switch due to lack of appointment availability.

I recently went for the first time. They saved me a decent amount of money from where I normally get my glasses. They also have a location in Pleasetville. They have a nice selection of frames and the person that helped me was Kelly. She was GREAT!!

Dr. Nicole Pritz is the best. She takes her time.She explains everything she is doing.If you've ever felt uncomfortable going to the doctor's this is the doctor you should go see. I was very with my visit!
