I've been a patient of Dr. Justin Catando for over 15 years, and I can honestly say he provides exceptional care every single visit. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for his patients are unmatched. Dr. Catando always takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures you're comfortable and confident with your treatment. The staff is equally outstanding--friendly, efficient, and always accommodating with scheduling. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes every appointment a pleasant experience. Very unusual place, not too many of those are left around... Nicest Staff ever, everyone is professional and pleasant, respectful to your time and listening to your needs! No waiting time, appointments are kept as they're scheduled! Andrea in the optical department is super knowledgeable and ALWAYS has the right frames for you! Dr. Justin - very chatty fella, after few minutes you feel like you know him...forever, you want even notice when he's done with his work and he has a right diagnose/prescription for you... It must be that top art equipment he's using (or he's a really good Doc!). One way or another, you're a winner for choosing Catando Eye Associates & Budd Optical in Medford! Yeah, very unusual place

Dr. Catando is the best eye doctor I ever had. I would not go to any other eye doctor, but him. He is very friendly , caring, knowledgeable and keep up with the latest technology and equipment to examine your eyes. I have been seeing him from the first day he started in Medford. Set an appt for later in the day on my day off which wasn't the Best for me but as busy as they are I took the appt. On a snow day when almost everyone was closed they reached out to accommodate me! Such a great team there and they always go above and beyond what you typically expect! Great place, great staff!!!!

After calling the office twice on two separate days to request an appointment due to vision changes after the office prescribed me eye drops that were not helping my eyes I was never called back at all in either occasion and ended up having to go to an emergency eye appointment at another eye doctor! A week later I stopped in to follow up only to be told the office staff gave him the messages to which I still have not gotten a response . I understand offices are busy but a courtesy call telling me they're too busy would have been nice. Needless to say I will not be returning to the office as a patient and no patient should be treated like that.
