This doesn't even deserve a star. If I could leave zero Stars I would. They have no doctors on staff Thursdays and Fridays so if you have a problem like I did you're screwed. I Had eye exam and was there for 2 hours for a routine eye exam. I had to wait 3 days for them to order me contacts to see if my insurance was going to cover them. When they did it took 7 days for them to come in. After that point the contacts that showed up, was not what was written on the script. When they pulled out what the doctor wrote the doctor did not write the right script that was given to me. I would not recommend going to this place at all. When I called the office manager they did not return my call, when I called the department for contacts nobody answered the phone. That made me have to drive over here on my lunch break.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. After ordering my glasses (they always say 2 weeks), they were "sent to the wrong office".2 or 3 weeks later, they "lost them and had to reorder them". When they finally arrived they gave me worse headaches than the ones I had. Made an appointment. Dr is only there 1 day a week. She "forgot" to include part of the prescription. After another 6 weeks or so I called to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Magically the glasses showed up a couple of days later. The problem was not fixed. I refused the glasses and asked my money be refunded. They won't return calls and have not refunded my money. I don't think waiting 5 months for a pair of working glasses is reasonable. Withholding my money when you can't provide the glasses I need is unethical. I most definitely do not recommend them. Update: when they saw my review, the called me. "We don't do business that way" hmm. They refunded my money and offered me a free pair of glasses. No thanks. Went to my previous dr though not covered by insurance. No problems at all.

This place is amazing! Such a wonderful place with wonderful people working there. I took my son there who has autism and they were very patient and understanding and made him feel more comfortable when he went for his first time when he felt scared. They were so kind. They made sure he was comfortable with the exam and getting him the prescription he needed. Thank you to the staff and doctor who helped him. :) So glad he was seen by this office.

Super hard to get in during covid and honestly I was surprised by how empty it was when I finally got inside I think they could stand to book a little bit more people they have enough open space to fit more instead of making people wait months. Other than that the staff is friendly and you can get your glasses here after you get your script so I guess it is more convenient to come here.

Great place to have your eyes examined and assessed. If there is a problem or some irregularities with your eyes, the visual examinations will reveal the cause to the ophthalmologist who will then recommend a course of treatment to fix the situation. Staff were very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my concerns regarding the health of my eyes. There is an optical store on the premise where your prescription for new eyeglasses can be filled.

Always courteous and friendly, efficient
