I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Pompton Eye and Vision Care has been so exceptional that I feel compelled to share my recent experience. After struggling with vision loss and seeing multiple medical professionals and specialists who were unable to help, I was referred to Dr. Ference. I'm so grateful I found Pompton Eye and Vision Care. From the very first visit, it was clear that Dr. Ference is incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns, review my entire medical history and answer all my questions. The office is immaculate with state-of-the-art technology. The staff is equally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Ference not only diagnosed the issue that had been overlooked by others, but also developed a clear, effective treatment plan. What truly sets Dr. Ference apart is the level of dedication and care shown. We've been meeting weekly to correct significant errors in my eye prescription, and I've already seen noticeable improvements in my vision. I'm no longer in the dark about my condition, and I feel confident that I'm in the best hands possible. It's rare to encounter a practice that combines expertise, compassion, and a genuine desire to help, but Pompton Eye and Vision Care does all of that. If you are looking for a practice that is exceptionally dedicated to their patients, I cannot recommend Pompton Eye and Vision Care enough!

Absolutely the best optometrist around! The entire staff is extraordinary. From the second you walk in to the end of the appointment you are always being cared for. Dr. Ference is truly an amazing doctor. He makes sure you understand every step of the way and is very knowledgeable. I have gone to get my eye exams at other places and it has never been so thorough. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me and I would recommend everyone to go to him.

Our visit to Dr Ference was fantastic! My daughter is 5 years old & quite shy. He was patient & understanding as his entire staff was as well! He played games with her & recognized when she needed a little break. He was honest & thorough with his examination & explanation of the results. Also... His office was spotless. His staff was constantly cleaning & making sure everything was sanitized. We'd highly recommend him!

A truly professional practice. Dr. Ference is an excellent and most caring doctor. Truly concerned about his patients he goes above and beyond taking the time to explain your individual treatment and making sure that you have an understanding of what your particular treatment is. His staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jamie and Ursula are truly diamonds in this practice always making you feel welcome, very patient and helpful answering any question you have. My appointments have always run on time. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ference always takes the time to go over my treatment in great detail. He explains my test results making sure I understand everything he is telling me and answers my questions without making me feel rushed. He has a lot of compassion for his patients and it shows for the time he takes with you when your there for your appointment. Jaime, Jacqueline, and Elizabeth are always so friendly and courteous. A very professional practice that makes me feel confident that myself and my family members are getting the very best care when it comes to our eye care and vision needs.
