I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. The young lady who checked me in and out was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because she really deserves a Kudos. The assistant who I saw first, took extensive health background information. She was also very kind and professional. After that, I saw Dr. Levy. I have never had such a thorough eye exam. She is amazing...definitely the best optometrist that I have ever been to. Dr. Levy also took the time to answer all my questions, and I had many. I felt cared about as a patient and a person during every facet of my visit. I definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Levy. Thank you all so much!

Very nice atmosphere in this office. Each person I came in contact with similed and made you feel comfortable. Front desk was very friendly ( you dont always get that at other places). I wish I could remeber names, I would give her the credit she deserves. Dr Colletti is always kind caring and efficent and make you feel relaxed. This was my first vist to the Mullica Hill location and as expected the office and waiting room was clean and comfortable.

The Mullica Hill office has a spacious waiting area and an incredibly friendly staff. The woman at the front desk was kind, engaging, and welcoming. Wait time was reasonable, especially considering dilation. The tech who did my initial testing was great--friendly and careful to clean each piece of equipment before use. Dr. Haines was also excellent--he listened to my concerns, performed a thorough exam, and offered helpful suggestions for improving my vision with stronger readers. Five stars for a caring, upbeat team providing quality care.

I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. I went there essentially for a second opinion after feeling dismissed at another provider. I followed the other provider's guidance and when a new concern came up they wouldn't see me for a few days and miss documented something in my chart... So, I called Friedberg and they got me in the same day, within a few hours. Dr. Levy has positively changed my opinion on healthcare professionals in general, some of them really do care. She spent a lot of time with me, got additional images/test, made 2 referrals, was comforting when I was getting overwhelmed, and when no answers were found worked with my PCP for additional testing. I just saw her again, two year later, as I now go to Friedberg for my annuals, and she followed up. She continued to express concern, made additional recommendations, listened with empathy, and explained everything. Everyone I have seen at Friedberg, Dr. Colletti and the Techs/Assistants have been incredible.
This is one of those businesses and Dr. Levy is one of those providers that I will follow and continue to go to whether I move or they do.

I have seen Dr. Howard Friedberg for many years now. He is an excellent eye doctor. He and his entire staff are extremely professional, warm, and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even take my grandchildren there to see Dr. Haines, their pediatric eye doctor. My grandchildren have never been afraid to get their eyes examined or get eye drops. They are great with kids!

Excellent Eye Care Experience!
I was very satisfied with my care from start to finish. The entire team was courteous and professional--from the front desk receptionists to the technicians who assisted with the exams, even though I don't remember all their names (I have to get a few test done every time so I go from tech to tech). Dr. Weinstock took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The checkout process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, a great experience!
