Called the emergency line because research of my symptoms said possible tear in retina. Left vm. As I happened to be passing the office 2 hours later, I went in. The desk staff was wonderful, and concerned for my well being. The retina specialist was out but I would be seen asap, tho there would be a wait. Within 5 minutes I was called in. After a very thorough exam, Dr. Haines said she didn't see a tear but due to a small blood spot she still wanted me to se the specialist. An appointment was made for 2 days later (today). Very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff here, especially considering I was not a previous patient
