Dr. Vora did cataract surgery on both my eyes. My experience with him and his staff was A+++. My appointments were on time with very short waits. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Vora is very professional, kind, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. The facilities are bright and immaculate. I am very thankful that such high quality eye care is available in Sussex County.

Was there at least hr n half before being taken in bk . Had basic test n eye pressure taken . Then told there were 3 pts ahead of me n it would probably be another 2 hrs or more.i just left as I had a neighbor waiting outside in lot n it wasn't fair to them. They shouldn't bk so many pts . This was nonsense. I now am suppose to go bk in a few weeks for rest of exam but was told to call before to see if Dr is running behind again. I will go bk but not wait like that again So inconsiderate of pts who are on time and concerned for their eye problem. Hope they improve the appt scheduling !! I was very upset n disappointed

I don't care how "good"a doctor you are - when you have an "appointment " you should be seen in the "area" of that timeframe"! NOT 2-3 hours sitting getting stressed and upset about waiting. The nurses just condescendingly laugh and said there is no one to speak too. One, was actually helpful. Utterly ridiculously. Every patient in this waiting room has encountered this time and again they said. A guy rushed from the airport to make his appt only to wait behind me. No doctor is this important that they think you should just be grateful to be seen because your desperate. I mean, the doctor is good and even nice (if he doesn't hear you lose it and curse) if/when you do see him - he is good and smart - but this was horrid. They over scheduled severely both times I was there. I was told it was/is always like this. Find another way. Hire more help. Don't schedule so many people at once. Your patients deserve better respect.

Caring, professional and willing to explain everything . I had lens replacement done by him and was very happy with the treatment and the result.
