The staff here was great as a whole team, from our initial exam, and meeting with the Dr.to purchasing our glasses. When it came time for glasses, Aylia was knowledgable (when it came to our insurance coverages, and glasses brands), super helpful and super patient in helping my wife and I find the perfect glasses for us, even going through almost 20 pairs to find the perfect ones for my wife. She helped us make great selections, and helped us get appropriate features regarding our glasses needs. If you're looking for a great place for glasses, look no further.

Unfortunately this office has gone downhill. I recently had a virtual eye appointment (in-person but the doctor is virtual). A young technician took me through all of the initial 'checks'. She was very nice but clearly inexperienced and should not have been performing the tasks independently. Seemed like she hadn't been properly trained which is not a reflection on her (as she was doing her best). Another young lady assisted the tech with the final portion of the exam. She had a horrible attitude toward me and clearly tried to belittle the newer tech. This experience is no one's fault other than management. Likely to be the root of why this office has such high turnover.

Sarah was wonderful helping us to pick out the right style and color for my daughter's first set of glasses. She was very skeptical at first, but Sarah made her feel comfortable and took her time to select the right ones for her.

It is strongly advised to refrain from purchasing glasses from this establishment due to the poor quality of their products. I experienced a crack in my glasses after only one week of use. Additionally, there were scratches on the lenses. When I returned to the store, they informed me that I did not have insurance coverage. It is important to note that they failed to inform me of this fact initially. Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding this store.

First time visiting and was taken care by Aylia. The place is very clean and family friendly. They have a variety of glasses for your entire family. Please do visit. I highly recommend them.

Can't believe how quick I was able to get my new lens ! Sara helped us find the perfect frames , and was able to pick them up in under24 hours

I recently moved to the area and was looking for an eye doctor closer to home. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed that the next availability was in two months. I went ahead and booked the appointment and arranged time off from work to attend. The doctor was excellent--she took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and ensure that the contact lenses prescribed were the best fit for me. I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. However, my experience at the front desk as I paid for my bills was less positive. The receptionist who took the payment from me, appeared unapproachable and responded to my questions in a dismissive and rude tone. As the first and last point of contact for patients, a receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the overall experience of the practice. Customer service and professionalism at the front desk are essential in making patients feel welcome and valued. Aside from this concern, I was very pleased with the doctor and the quality of care provided. Update: I highly would not recommend this place if you wear contact lenses. Since my eye exam, the contacts were ordered and delivered to my address. Upon putting them on. Both contacts on both eyes were blurry to the point it was hazardous for me to be driving. I called the office to let them know. Thats when they realized that they had ordered the wrong prescriptions. I had to return the contacts to the office and was told new ones will be ordered and sent to my address. Upon getting another contacts, I realized that my left contact lenses were still blurry. This time, the right eye was good. I had to call the office again to tell them the left eye is still blurry and for them to check if it's the correct perception that the doctor examined. They informed me that thats what the doctor put in the file and they have to check with her before ordering a new one. At this point, I am frustrated and want to just order the contacts I was using before the eye examination. Seems like the eye exam did not accurately diagnose my new prescription. Prior to all these took place. They also wrote down my DOB incorrectly and told me that I had to pay everything out of pocket. Which gave me a heart attack. I had to call my insurance and figure out what was going on. My insurance person had to call the front office and figured out that they had put in the wrong DOB. I just would like to say that it's highly important to be vigilant and pay attention to details. These mistakes keep on occurring. Which isn't productive and professional. The 2 weeks I had to put in the wrong contact lenses and drive back and forth from work was incredibly dangerous. Now, having to wait 2 more days until they get back to me about my left contact lenses is frustrating.
