I've been a customer of Eye Contact Vision Center since 2019 and continue to return because the service is consistently exceptional. I recently purchased another pair of glasses last week and once again had a great experience from start to finish. In a world of big chain optical stores, this is the rare kind of business that still values relationships and genuine customer care. They take their time helping you choose frames that truly fit your face, explain lens options clearly, and make sure the glasses sit perfectly before you leave. I never feel rushed or pressured -- they genuinely want you to be comfortable and confident in your choice. The quality of my glasses has always been excellent, and the customer service is even better. They remember their customers and clearly take pride in their work, which is becoming harder to find these days. I don't usually write reviews, but this business truly deserves recognition. I called about an hour before my visit and was accommodated right away for the glasses I needed. The doctor and his staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. He took the time to work with me on pricing and made sure I left completely satisfied. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients and always have their best interests in mind. Hands down the best place to go for quality care and service.

I was recently on a trip and accidentally left my glasses at home. I was able to walk in and walk out with a new pair of glasses within the same hour at an extremely reasonable price. They were extremely helpful and kind during the entire experience!

The doctor takes time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I have. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. I come here for my annual eye exam and year's supply of contact lenses and I look forward to the visit every single year. Ashley (my almost birthday twin!) has been helping me for years and making sure to provide me with the absolute best customer service possible, even sitting and helping me as I fill out the rebate form for the contact lenses I normally choose. Great customer service and care from the entire staff and quality glasses and contacts; what more can you ask for? This is my go-to spot for anything eye care!

Over the years, I visited many Opticians for the purpose of getting new eye frames with progressive lenses. And this has been one of the most frustrating tasks where their getting my lenses made correctly based on the prescription was not accurate and had to be redone. However, I recently decided to try Eye Contact Vision Center in North Bergen -- where I met the long-time Business Owner and Optician, Robert Ceragno. And to my delight, I found a true expert in Bob who made my progressive eyeglasses and sunglasses perfectly correct. Bob was knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and professional in addressing my needs. His prices are beyond fair for high quality eyewear and lenses.
