I went to BJ'S yesterday for an eye exam and I have to say- this was the best eye exam that I have ever had Donna- the beautiful lady who conducted the first part of the exams- -was so wonderful. She explained everything to me- step by step- as we went through the various first eye tests. Once the basic tests were done - we moved into another room- where a certified optometrist conducted the visual part of the exam virtually. The second optometrist stepped in then- and reviewed the results of all of the tests with me. I had the opportunity to ask any questions that I had and to also discuss with her- the results of my testing. Donna- the wonderful woman- who started with me in person-was there every step of this process with me. I just loved her- she is a great asset to the BJ'S optical team. I would not hesitate to use their services. I was truly impressed and very satisfied.
