We began coming here years ago, after a poor experience with Horizon Eyecare. Both my now young adult kids feel well taken care of by the doctors. The eye glass service is first rate. Super helpful whether or not you buy from their selection. They have a selection of contact lenses. I'd highly recommend.

They are consistently very rude on the phone. I am exhausted with the lack of service from this office and will gladly be finding a new doctor after this.

Save yourself a headache and do not come here. The office staff will over-bill you and are rude and unprofessional. They are not a Davis Vision provider yet claim to be apart of "Quality Eye Care". They will charge and fit you for a contact lens that THEY want to fit you in because they profit from it, not what your insurance covers or what you as the patient want. Review your insurance and make sure you ask questions before they bill you, because they ask you to pay up front before even discussing contacts with you. Trust and believe in the recent reviews.

The doctor did not provide a thorough eye exam complete with dilation. The wrong prescription was placed in the glasses. We were sent to another office to see the doctor. Waited 30 minutes beyond appointment time and still did not see the doctor. Finally, had to drive back to OC office to seek a full refund for their incompetence.

They are life savers here. Lost glasses in ocean around 4pm and OCVision Center closes at 5pm. I can't see anything without glasses and he had lenses in stock to get me to saturday. They stayed later than 5 and talked to my eye doctor back home and had me in glasses by the next morning. Like I said Life Savers
