Doctor Turtel is absolutely amazing with children!!!! My daughter is 3 years old and he was the best with her! I had a bad experience with another eye doctor at another practice and I'm so thankful that we're now a patient of his! Highly recommend absolutely amazing with little ones and he was very kind and informative with myself!!! Definitely deserves more the 5 stars!

My daughter (age 9) has been seeing Dr. Turtle since she was 7 yo. My husband and I recently switched our eye care here because of the attention, time, thoroughness and overall pleasure we experienced with his office. Dr. Turtel was very patient (my daughter is 13 months and has a blocked tear duct) and very informative! He explained everything thoroughly, which I really liked. It was easy to get an appointment, he was on time for our appointment and the staff was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Turtel seems like a fine doctor, but the office is incredibly difficult to work with. We have tried to schedule a follow-up appointment for WEEKS: emails, voicemails, attempted to call the office and they don't answer -- all without response. How hard to I need to work to get an appointment for my daughter? It's ridiculous. We'll look for another doctor who actually supports us in making an appointment.
