I recently visited this shop to get new lenses for my glasses. The place felt very clean overall, and the owner's kindness left a strong impression on me. I learned that he has been running this shop for about 40 years, and he came across as very honest and straightforward. Even though it was busy, he handled everything in order and with care, which made me trust the service even more. He also told me to come back anytime if I have any issues in the future, which I truly appreciated. Thank you!

Returned to get my glasses fixed and they truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are taken care of!! Not only are they kind and generous, but they are also excellent and meticulous in their work, from Mr. Kwon, the staff, to their optometrist. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from, and it's super easy to order contacts with them. 10/10 recommend!!! :)

I visited Broadway Optical in search of a new pair of glasses after breaking my previous ones, and my experience there was excellent. My mother and I were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the vision tests were completed quickly and professionally. The highlight of our visit was working with Mr. Kwon. He guided me through choosing frames with incredible patience and expertise. Broadway Optical has an extensive collection, and his knowledge of eyewear -- especially which models would complement my needs and facial structure -- made the process enjoyable and stress-free. When I was torn between several Matsuda frames, he took the time to explain the design details and the origins behind each pair, helping me make a confident choice. I'm thrilled with my new glasses and will definitely be returning to Broadway Optical for future eyewear needs. I ultimately went with the Matsuda Heritage 10103H-I, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Professional and Accomodating! I was looking for new glasses, as my previous pair was too heavy and the lenses, thick. After expressing this, the owner, James Kwon, personally helped me pick a handful of lightweight, stylish frames. He was very patient and accomodating to my needs and I must admit I am a bit picky when it comes to selecting new frames. After making a selection, he suggested I switch to a new, thinner type of lens, which would significantly decerease the thickness and weight and wow, what a difference! The glasses marks on my nose finally went away and I am a lot more comfortable wearing the new frames. I was pleasantly surprised with the product, the service, and the 9 day turnaround time. 10/10 all around; I am definitely coming back.

This was my first time visiting and I only needed a frame adjustment, but they were so friendly, welcoming, and fast! They fixed my glasses perfectly and I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were. I'll definitely return for future services!

The owner here is the nicest! Always so quick to offer different services and repairs at a heavily discounted rate and checks your prescription. Always such a pleasant experience coming here and I don't go anywhere else now for my glasses needs. Can't recommend Broadway Optical enough!

This is the best glasses shop ever!!! I lost my glasses and was in dire need of getting new lenses and an examination as I didn't know my prescription. I called the owner and told him my situation and he immediately contacted his examiner. They normally only do exams Tues-Thurs from 2 pm - 4 pm and Sat. from 10 am - 12 pm. However, he made the call to get me my exam and my glasses as soon as I can. I can't thank him enough! He was so kind and professional. He explained the different choices/price points and ultimately gave me an insane deal. Thank you so much James for working with me, giving me the best prices, and making me laugh while I waited for everything to be finalized!!

I suddenly developed double vision and found out it was binocular diplopia. I was desperate to get prism lenses because I couldn't work or drive. I searched everywhere, but most places said it would take at least a week or more. Broadway Optical truly takes care of their customers and goes the extra mile to help those in need. The owner personally contacted the lab to prioritize my lenses, and they made my prism glasses incredibly fast--just three days from order to pickup. It was unbelievable! I was so happy to receive my special glasses so quickly, and now my double vision is completely gone. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service. They also have high-quality frames -so light and reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!
