The staff were both knowledgeable and patient, the optician took time to explain different lens options and even suggested thinner lenses to suit my prescription without pushing for upgrades.
Their equipment is modern compared to other stores I've visited. The eye test was thorough, and a detailed screen test to measure how I use my eyes daily.
The store itself was spotless. Frames were neatly arranged by style, and I noticed staff cleaning display trays between customers. Even the adjustment tools were kept in organized cases.

Visiting O EYECARE was such a pleasant and smooth experience. I went for my annual contact lens exam and was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff. The office was quiet and clean. Dr. Oh is very knowledgable and professional -- she took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The price of my contacts is definitely something I worry about every year but Dr. Oh helped alleviate some of that burden by helping me submit a rebate form. Really appreciate her extra act of kindness! Highly recommend this practice to everyone.
