Disgusted my this place and the employees, I have been a patient for years and I am done. The employees are untrained, unprofessional and are not helpful. This used to be a great practice with good doctors and now all they care about is getting more money out of you. I wasn't even given cheaper option I was quoted the highest prices for everything the last time I went for glasses and had to return a second time to find out out there was more affordable options. I then received my first progressive lens and no one checked to see how I could see with them , they just handed them to me and said goodbye and now I need a second apt to see what's wrong with the glasses they gave me. The whole experience for annoying and made me realize this is not the same practice and definitely not the same people so this is my last year with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I took my son to this place, the dr was nice and explained everything to us but the ladies on the front are the worst, no manners at all. When we received the lenses no one checked to see if my son could see with them. Just hand it to me and say bye No coming back never again, and letting everybody I know about this office

This place really took care of my sight from the doctor all the way to the front desk. Thank you Dr. Patel for the amazing job you did correcting my vision! 5 Stars for the whole office you are all This is also for the Union City Office.

Dr. Evans at the Passaic location was great! She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly in terms understandable for someone not in the field.

Scheduled an appointment for vision test for licensee renewal. Called the receptionist and gave her my insurance number to see if it qualifies. She said yes, the test is covered. But ofcorse when I get there she slaps you with "today's visit would be $100". The business needs to train their receptionist regarding which insurances are acceptable and not waste customers time.

Dr Patel was phenomenal, patient, and informative. I truly believe she cares about the health of my eye and I find her to be a great doctor. The technician at the office however, is probably the most uneducated or socially inept person I've ever spoken to. Rather than care about the medication needed for the health of my eye SO I DONT GO BLIND, she was more concerned about the fact that my prescription shouldn't be refilled for 2 more days. As a certified technician she should know that antibiotics is mandatory for 7 days to prevent the reoccurrence of an infection or antibiotic resistance , when I ran out of NON OPIOID eye drops on day 4, she refused to refill my prescription or talk to the doctor about refilling my prescription because I was going to have to pay out of pocket. My salary runs laps around this technicians preconceived notions about being covered or paying out of pocket. Priorities are the health of the patient not your EGO when it comes to refilling non opioid eye drops. She can keep chewing her sandwich and hang up as many times as she'd like not realizing should the infection in my eye return and should I be faced with life altering reoccurrence in the infection the entire office will be sued for her mistreatment of patients.

Dr was very nice and pleasant they were able to fit me in as a new patient emergency Same day. Minimum wait time. Super thankful.

I had a great experience during my recent eye exam. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The exam itself was thorough and efficient, and everything was clearly explained along the way. All my questions were answered with patience and care. I left feeling confident about my eye health. The only downside was that the office had no parking so if you ever needed to go to the Passaic office, better plan ahead and get there earlier to find street parking.
