Winfield Medical Eye Center, PA

The place is clean, not overly friendly, I don't remember if the doctor greeted me the way they usually do. Everything was done so fast I don't know if he was thorough. I was new I had an appointment for 1:14 pm and Iwas there until almost 3 pm . I believe he was upset or something because when my husband came and ask why the process took so long. He finally came in and dilated my pupil but I didn't sit for 10 min the typical time is 15 to 30 min. He then told me to look he was not thorough and I paid $172 . He told me my eyes were ok just reading vision. I was not told about my eye pressure nor was i told about the back of my eyes. The health of my optic nerve. He did not tell me what he was recommending and why. I believe he was hurrying to get rid of me because my spouse questioned them or maybe because he was sitting in the room waiting because I don't like close spaces. I plan to go back to ask some questions because when I went home I realize I didn't get my questions answered. Summary the doctor is not thorough and the process takes too long. I plan to go to another ophthalmologist.They had good frames and nicely priced but I don't think I was seen properly.

Been going to Dr. Winfield for years him and his staff are great.

Walked into this office clinically blind, needed help to move , the Staff were all so kind !!! A year later i am seeing life through beautiful lenses, thanks to God and the skills and care given me at Winfield's Eye in Passaic, NJ.

I honestly usually have a great experience here but yesterday I waited for over an hour in the waiting room of the wrong waiting room and no one told me. By the time I realized what was going on they had already put my paperwork away and so I was waiting for nothing. I left very upset and the receptionist Rosa was very friendly and very apologetic

I've been coming here for years and staff are pretty friendly and the doctor is pretty helpful when I have questions.

My elderly grandmother was admitted to the hospital and unable to attend her eye appointment. I called the office as soon as I could to cancel and explain the situation. Despite it being a medical emergency, the staff refused to waive a $35 cancellation fee. Even worse, the manager refused to speak with me directly, and the receptionist made it clear they had no intention of showing basic decency or understanding. We weren't trying to abuse their policy -- this was a health crisis. The lack of empathy and refusal to accommodate a hospitalized senior citizen is appalling. If this is how they treat patients in vulnerable situations, I would seriously reconsider trusting them with your care.

First time here such nice welcoming from front desk staff until I went in for my check up older lady with glasses wasn't welcoming at all attitude wasn't it, I over heard her talking to another patient about someone she had before don't we sign a hippa violation for that exact reason?

This office is the worst office ever and the staff there are so unprofessional, the receptionist look like she hates her job but she doesn't have another choice then to be rude to patient....the doctor dose not care off your well being I don't even thing he really knows how to do his job correctly because you're going in and you're literally out of the office. I told him about an incident that happened inside the office , and he did not care about it,or even acknowledged the fact that it happened and just walked away when I was talking to him. I wouldn't recommend this place to none of my family members nor my friends or anyone else I know, because they do not know what professionalism is.... That's why I had to change eye physician at CLIFTON EYE CARE....
