Horrible service. The majority of the workers spoke very poor English and the Dominican girl that wears glasses was very rude throughout the whole process.im unemployed and on welfare which I let them know from the beginning because they kept constantly asking me what kind of work I do and these people are trying to upsell me frames I have no business buying due to my financial situation.they know I have Medicaid and they still insist on ripping me off.i ended up getting my glasses fully paid by Medicaid. My glasses were ready a few days later and when I went to go pick up my new glasses I asked one of the staff if I could have a copy of my script so I can buy my second glasses online she was very hesitant but gave me the script anyway but she refused to give me my pupil distance for the glasses I received from them which doesn't make sense her response was because I'm not spending my money at their store and using it instead online. I ended up cancelling my next appointment with them. I have no intention of doing business with these clowns ever again and neither should you. Shop at your own risk.i will be notifying the better business bureau about your poor business practices and the proper authorities to check on your employees work status.

Amazing wonderful customer service- I got my eyes examined by the doctor and ordered a set of glasses that were made within the week. The staff and doctor are very sweet and took their time explaining my prescription and insurance to me. 6/5

Years back when I took the glasses that was bought there I asked for one my glasses's supporters to be fixed. But this guy couldn't completely fix it. He said he did the best he could but I highly doubt it. Not hard. Broke b4 I bought it too

BAD COMMUNICATION && BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ONE LADY was nice, quick and efficient and after saying you "don't have to pay for the eye test" when you get the glasses from them ... they charge you over $600!!! They gave me frames for CHILDREN and when I asked to change them they said I had to get smaller ones, instead of the large ones I wanted! A WEEK AND A HALF goes by and no one calls me and then after I reached they said they ordered an entire new lens which means I could have gotten larger frames like I wanted but they ONLY let you change them ONCE with the warranty... even when they DID WHATEVER THEY WANTED instead of what the CUSTOMER ACTUALLY ASKED FOR! Wasted my money and time

Staffs and doctor himself is very unprofessional. Poor communication don't value patients time either. I would never recommend this place

Scaaaaasamers.. watch out guys .. they take ur money.. they will charge you the highest you will ever hear .. they wanted to charge me over $580 .. even though I am bringing my frames.. when I went to a different place all I was charge $150 and they giving me frames including the test too.. I went back to lens lab to take my deposit they refused to give it to me .. even though they did not start on my glasses yet .. cause they won't start unless I pay 50% of the amount and I did not pay that amount. Btw I was told I would take my deposit if I did not reach %50. They were rude .. laughing .. talking a weird language.. they ignored me.. they are totally scammers.. bro they will tell u that u blind to make money out of you .. do not go .. do not waste your money and time .. they are garbage.

I had a great experience at Lens Lab Optical in Paterson. The staff were friendly and really knew their stuff. They helped me pick out some great glasses and made sure they fit perfectly. Everything was quick and smooth. If you need new glasses, I definitely recommend checking them out!
