I have never been happier.A completely professional and efficiently run operation. The Doctor is patient and she is leaps and bounds better than any other eye doctor in Patterson.I went to herr for a second Opinion because the first Doctor I went to said. I had a cataract in my left eye. And I needed surgery. She examined found out that I didn't have a cat. I actually had a contact in my eye. 4 over a year, I was so excited when she told me that. The customer service is terrible, I called to request prices about a vision test and contact lenses, the lady on the phone was rude and didn't even have the information of what they sell, she told me that she didn't know and that If I wanted to know I should go and talk to the doctor.

I went on July 23rd and was so happy my mother in law Isabel referred me to Opti Design. I love this place. I used to go to Gold and Star Optical I. Market Street. At Opti not only I walked in was greeted, only waited 10-15 to be seen, eye exam, frame selection, contacts fitting, and walked out with contacts on. I only paid $40 for eye contact fitting and got free glasses and 2 boxes of contacts for free. This place gets 5 stars definitely. They are super friendly, attentive, and gave me great customer service. I am so HAPPY that I found out about this place. They also said I have to wait approximately 1 week for glasses and 2 weeks for contacts. Glasses were ready in 3 days and contacts will be ready soon. Proud customer and I will return soon. I will let all my friends and family know about this wonderful place.

The quality of frame and lenses is too good and so comfortable to wear , i tried so many lenses and frames but the frame from here is so comfy and the important thing was the behaviour of the staff was so friendly they treat customer like king . I suggest you too goo there and give chance to serve us.
