Myron I. Bloch, OD

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Receptionist are unprofessional and don't know how to handle simple issues. They talk in Spanish right in front of patients/customers. Dr.Bloch is the only reason this place is still running. I was promised my glasses will be ready in 2 weeks but it took 6 weeks! On top of that the frames didn't fit so I had to go back 3 times to get it adjusted. They always had excuses for long wait times, like the technician is on break, or he didn't come, they couldn't even call him to reach him after I waited 2 hours for him to come back from lunch break. I will never go back and tell anyone to never go there.

I've been hoping that the mannerisms for this place would improve but years later it's still the same. The staff here are rude and all of the side conversations are very unprofessional. I just picked up my daughters first pair of glasses today and they couldnt fit into the case because the lens was to big. I asked what now the lady assisting me said I dont know and walked away to go help another customer. Guess I'll have to purchase a case elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Horrible service. Beautiful woman. Why would the entire staff go on lunch at the same time. Take turns. They are super chatty with one another. They move very slow. Time management and the ability to multitask is very much needed at this business. After years and years of being here nothing has changed !!

The staff is very disorganized don't think about the customers needs always complaining out loud in front of and to patients. They need to have more consideration to patients and don't make them Wait just because they have a personal call or need to have a cup of coffee or their coffee is without sugar. Very very terrible.

I have been going to Dr. Bloch for over 8 years! I used to go to Lenscrafters, but I am so happy that I switched. In the front, Sophia is great and caring! Dr. Bloch explains everything very thoroughly and answers all of my questions. My sister and a few friends see Dr. Bloch as well. Great eye care!

Dr. Was so patient. Provided a thorough exam, treated me with respect, had great bedside manners and got me in and out as fast as he could. However, the optical is poorly run. Under staffed and slow as anything

I would not recommend going to this place. The service here is terrible. They are very rude to the customers and instead of helping you fix your problems they create another problem. These ladies shouldn't work in a customer service position if they will talk to their customers with attitudes. Worse service hands down. Avoid at all cost.

The Doctor is very professional but the ladies that work for him they don't know how to treat people.i won't recommend this place to anyone.after 4years I decided to moved forward to someone more professional.the only thing that keeps this place going is the Doctor other than that this place would go down.
