Bird's Eye Family Success Center

I went there to have some copies made and to possibly fax a piece of paper bonding so I could have some medical records released and the place was locked up right. I had checked the website and I checked it after that and it does say they are there till 7:00. I understand That it may have been slow, but when you have it time designated for your hours on a website, you need to stick to those hours or change the hours on that website to accommodate the times that you're there. It takes a lot for some people including me to get out of the house and to do that was an effort and I get up there and the place was closed 35 minutes early. Had the website been updated that would not have happened. I am very frustrated because I really needed to get these papers out and I ran it as long as the website had been changed. This could have been avoided. You need to realize that some people have a very hard time getting out and getting somewhere so when they do it takes a lot of effort out of them and we rely on these websites to be accurate with the times that you're open and not just you everybody. I just don't understand why people can't stick to the hours that they put on a website and when I work through businesses all through the years the most important thing was to stick to the hours you advertise. Never alter them or change them. I just I thought that was just very inconsiderate that you are not there 35 minutes before you had posted on the internet. I know you have one late night there and that just doesn't seem like why you even have it if you left. I don't even know at what time I'm just staying. When I got there it was closed but very disappointed. I'm very grateful for what you do and the services you provide. It's a wonderful thing that You guys do there but beans would happen tonight. That's just very very inconsiderate and I'm professional on so many levels. The next time that you feel you need to close early, just make sure the website is updated to the correct hours of operation and even somewhere to put a note we closed due to under staffing tonight. Just let everybody know that that way there's no problems wasting time getting up there exerting energy that they don't have and people get rides up there a lot of them now. They went out of the way to get a ride and it's for nothing. It's very hard for some people to get out again. Just keep that in mind please

I love this place! It allows me to use the computer, printer, and copier for no charge. The employees here are also the nicest and most accommodating people! In addition to all that, this place also provides the community with free events my children and I love to attend! So thankful to live close by to be able to take advantage of all of these wonderful services! Thank you!

Great place to go for a helping hand. Nice people and very caring too. Activities for all ages kids adolecence and adults.

The staff is wonderful! You can use the computer to browse and printing and faxing is free!!

Yoga class was great-got a chance to strech and relax,I just wish they would offer it more often-once a week would be good.
